Good quality heavy product

I got this for my gym rods 5 years ago. It has been serving the purpose though it was a bit loose for the size of the rods I have. Please check for the size before you buy.

PROS:1) Does the job for 28mm barCONS:1) The clip to fix it is very narrow, and flimsy. Although it works, it's not so comfortable to rotate and tighten it.2) length of the clip being small, it is not easy to unlock.I would suggest to prefer the wire-grip ones.

Simple design, easy to use. Better than the clamps that come with barbells. Also moderately durable. Convenient for use at home when you limited weights and you have to change them for every exercise.

Works great..does the job..not too aggressive with it..using it for what its supposed to be used..so far so good
