I ordered this item on Amazon yesterday and received it today - Amazon's shipping is wonderful!I like this product so much that I can't help to write a review to share the information with other buyers. I set up this product and tested all functions, it works just as it claimed on its web description. The only thing I once had issue is to connect the second iPhone with this device, but I figured out quickly: After you have connected the first iPhone with the device, on the APP, just touch the Share Icon on the right upper corner, then enter a name for the share, and you will see the generated QR Code. On the second iPhone, you need to install the APP first, then add a device by scan the generated QR Code on the first iPhone. It's quick to get it up and running on multiple smart phones. The HD image is very good on my iPhone and the chime tone has so many (55) options to choose from. What a wonderful device for such a reasonable price!In one word, it's a wonderful device and well worthy of my money!

This seemed like it was going to be a great doorbell but I ended up returning it. Directions are somewhat cryptic but eventually we got it working and really liked the product. First problem was we couldn't adjust the volume on the doorbell so person ringing bell couldn't hear me. Seller was responsive but their directions & my downloaded app didn't match at all. After a few emails back & forth not worth the aggravation. Other reviewers didn't seem to have a problem but didn't work for me.

I bought this to replace the old door bell. The installation is easy if you already has the wire from the old door bell! It's easy to operate with the app on your phone. Now my doorbell looks gorgeous! I can also easily see who is at the door even I'm not home. Highly recommend!

I bought it replace my old one, I was so glad that I installed it by myself, follow the user manual, it described very detailed! In fact,in United States,we rarely use a doorbell,but it is a must for house security,I pick this product ,because it looks nice and price is great for me , I can see from my phone what’s going on outside the door through the doorbell , I highly recommend this doorbel!

This is a third review . Set up was Sept 18th worked great for awhile now it lags at connecting 9 out of ten times wont even pick up any motion. Reached out to amazon and the seller,seller is sending a replacement for the defective one. They were very prompt at taking care of problem with defective product.

The product is not working really well. And the app on the phone drains the battery quickly and the phone has to be on the charger all the time. The installation instructions are vague, it did cause me sometimes figure it out. And I decide to return it at the end.

So far so good. Clear pictures . Just make sure to remove plastic of batteries b4 charging. It must charge for 14 hours. Also there is a delayed response they need to look into

The Occua door video montor failed. The batteries ran down and did not work after recharging.Reset with more than 6 sec and removed batteries. Launched app and added device per the instructions. Right after a success occurred the audio announces error. There seems to be no remedy for getting it to work.
