Takes a few days to kick in. When I run out, it takes a few days to stop working. I take one before meals, sometimes skipping the one before breakfast. From reading the reviews, it doesn’t work for everybody, but I would try it and see. A minor side effect for me is a mild constipation. Since i have the opposite problem, i’m getting 2 birds with one stone. I am an old geezer, and this has worked better that anything I have tried. Prelief ( another OTC recommended by my urologist) works pretty well for me also, but I think this is better.

NIH reported on some studies showing effectiveness with this compound after 6 weeks, BUT at a dosage of 14 capsules per day! Did nothing for me at the bottle’s dosage. Instead, try pumpkin seed oil or Oxytrol transdermal patches, both have better results at manageable dosages.

Does not fix bladder problems from prostrate cancer. Only exersize and maybe time, try fabric lift

good product but the shipping through USPS is not good my order shipped from SO CAL TO northern CAL only 80 miles from my home it stay there for tow days and ended up in Atlanta Georgia 2,385 miles away would you say it's lost USPS seems to be getting worse and worse every year.????

I have struggled with overactive bladder for 25 years. I have tried all the suggestions with cutting my drinking off before a certain time at night, no coffee, no citrus, meds prescribed from doctor. I still managed to make several trips to the bathroom at night constantly interrupting my sleep. I woke up exhausted from always having to use it during the night. This product has been very helpful to me because it has reduced me down to one trip at night. My sleeping has improved quite a bit albeit it could be better but I’ll take what I can get. This product gets 4 stars because remembering to take it before you eat is so hard to remember. Other than that I would recommend it.

Unfortunately this product didn't work for me. I gave it two stars because although it didn't work for me, according to the other reviews, some people claimed it worked for them. OAB can have many different symptoms and I believe this may focus on incontinence rather than weak stream and inability to completely empty bladder.

It works for me. Don’t feel like I have to go pee whenever I drink any liquid. Before I would have to go 2-4 times after I drink 1 bottle of water within the next 45 mins. I also can’t really hold it when I have to go. All that is gone. I only take 2 a day before my meals. Started working on my second day. Will definitely buy again. Plus no side effects is pretty dam attractive right lol.

I take tolterodine. Better than the older drugs such as oxybutynin in terms of increasing the odds of dementia, but still a risk. I read a review here that said the product seemed to work as well as Mybertriq, which I had used before, but couldn't continue with because of the expense. At first I thought it was working, but then, I didn't, and not only was it not working, it actually made my problem worse. So, it's back to tolterodine.
