I bought these to paint for a Todrick Hall concert and they worked perfectly. A little acrylic + fabric medium + glitter, then let dry and perfection! They make a wonderful snapping sound when you snap them open and offer a great breeze when used as an actual fan. I highly recommend to persons needing large fans, especially for crafting! You can't beat that price!

These fans are definitely sturdy and worth what you pay. However, I misjudged the size. I wanted to keep one in my purse to stave off hot flashes, but because of their size and heft, it doesn't fit. It's a little difficult to fan with - hard on the wrist. Perhaps these fans are more for display or dance performances - perfect for that! This is not the dainty, discreetly pull it out when needed fan I was looking for. Great for the value; my fault for not paying attention to the dimensions.

bought this pair to give 1 as gift & 1 for myself & we BOTH LOVE THEM!!! perfect nice large size & w/a LOUD CLAP when snapped open (sent my poor cats RUNNING from the room, poor things!)! also snaps back to folded position EASILY & NEATLY w/flick of the wrist, & w/a nice slush-like sound. VERY HAPPY!!! EXTREMELY HIGH QUALITY!

I thought these were normal size, they're a little awkward, but wow they're super extra. I didn't realize they were for like fan dancing, or whatever, I needed them because in Southeastern Louisiana it gets to 115 in the summer. It's a little too big for me, but they're so cute

Bought this to repurpose the staves into big feather fans but the staves are too thin and flimsy (like cartilage) to withhold the weight. Going to keep these fans as regular fans instead. Still giving 5 stars though because I’m reviewing it for the originally designed purpose. Even though staves are flimsy, it works well, the fabric is high quality, and is LOUD when cracked open.

I feel so silly, I thought 1 was defective but it’s not. They open different for left and right. Great fans for Hulaween!!!

I frequently go to dance socials (Latin dances) so you know there’s a lot of sweating happening! I’ve bought my share of fans and they always end up breaking up in the first time I take them out! These are super sturdy, simple and sexy but do their job like they’re expected too! I referred a couple of friends to get theirs as well
