This book is not just an autobiography but it is beyond. Out of all those self help books that guide you on materialistic matters like how to earn more money, look better or be successful; this book teaches at a deeper level like how to live in harmony and peace, connect with your body at healthy level, how to use your time and attention to the things, activities and people who actually matter etc.

I would recommend this book to be read by every strong woman. I loved it 😍 and also related to you.

Better books out there. This is good for a younger audience. Probably teens And early 20s.

Credo che Gisele sia un buon esempio per tutti: nonostante la sua fama e la sua innegabile bellezza, da questo libro si evince quanto lei sia rimasta con i piedi per terra. Inoltre, il suo impegno per l'ambiente e il suo interesse verso la natura in tutti i suoi ambiti, é di grande spunto! Ho finito il libro in due giorni perché non riuscivo a staccarmi dalla lettura!
