I have been taking to help regulate mood and hormones and it has helped significantly with my anxiety. It doesn't make me feel sleepy. I don't take the full dose and it works fine. I like that the ingredients are what I was looking for. No issues and I will continue to purchase.

I don’t write many reviews but… if you struggle with anxiety, it might be worth a try. I am doing everything I can to stay away from prescription drugs, including anxiety meds. I’ve been taking this for about a week now and I see improvements with my anxiety every day. Fewer panic attacks help me sleep better and I’m remembering my dreams again… I do find myself a bit more tired but it’s so worth it! I almost feel like myself again 🥹

It takes about 38 days to kick in and if skipped possibly 3 to 8 days to feel it missing. What this does is it creates a calm in you where physically your body does not panic during potentially stressful events thoughts ideas or situations. Environments that normally would stress one out allow for a more reasonable amount of mental space to be able to process. This does not doll you out or calm you down or put you to sleep. What this supplement does is it gives your body the elements that are needed to think clearly calmly and reasonably in unreasonable situations where otherwise possibly conflicting thoughts would cause havoc on your calm ability to make a decision react or cope with a situation. This is a daily essential keeps you grounded at work allows you to enjoy restful rest fully with intent and provides a sort of grounding effect without diminishing any emotional cognitive or analytical abilities that I've noted thus far. I am able to function better more efficiently more reasonably and more logically without needless upticks and levels of stress induced by thoughts worries situations places environments and the like. I just wish I knew about this sooner possibly during college finals before important meetings or during tough situations. The price makes this affordable and after about a month one capsule every other day is enough to keep your body and mind synchronized calmly without needless hyper emotional states.This was recommended to me by a friend after a particular conversation where there was no reasonable way to mitigate reflexes of stress and nervousness due to a unavoidable and specific situation.
