I liked that I ordered a bag of coffee & received a bag of coffee. I dislike that someone needs affirmation that they can carry out this most simplest of requests which is obviously the main duty of their occupation. Have a pat on the back from my coffee stained hand.

I like a whittard although a little too expensive to buy all the time. This one is strong and flavoursome.
