7/19 Worked good at first, used it a half dozen times when I received it. I packed it up for storage and put it away. Two years later I took it out to use it again and it is dead. Checked and tried everything I could. IT IS NOW IN THE TRASH!!! -8/17 I could not tell this blender is refurbished, The packaging and all parts look like it is fresh from the factory. Works great. First smoothie I Peeled and sectioned two oranges blended for a few seconds until smooth, added four chunks of frozen pineapple and four pitted frozen cherries blended about 30 seconds until smooth. this blender handled the frozen fruit with no trouble at all.Just make sure the pin on the bottom lines up with the push switch in the motor when inserting the cup into the motor section or it will not turn on.

Have had this for several months and use it all the time. Makes great shakes, even blends a few pieces of ice or frozen fruit in. Occasionally a piece of ice gets jammed at the start, but I just shake it loose and it works.Love that there are several cups as 2 people use it and often cups are in the dishwasher. The grinder works great for grinding nuts/seeds or turning granular sweetener to powder.Takes up very little space on the counter.

So far so good. I have used it to make smoothies and shakes...chop fresh tomatoes for sauce...protein drinks. It's small, looks good, cleans up in a jiff and is fine for what I need.I didn't want a regular size big blender sitting on my counter all the time, wanted something that didnt take up alot of counter space yet gets the job done.I dont like alot of appliances out all the time or ones I have to constantly put away. So its this little blender & a toaster...thats it and thats what I wanted. This blender packs enough power I think for anything I will be using it for.I like it has 2 speeds and not a ton of buttons that need constant wipe inbetween to clean off the drippings.You can only make 1 large smoothie at a time, but thats ok for me. This is great for a 1 or 2 people usage, if you have a bigger family, then its too small.

I had bought refurbished products before without any problems. My Blender arrived on time from Amazon Prime however after unpacking and plugging in the blender would not work. I tried several outlets thinking perhaps something was wrong on my end. Alass the blender would not work. After going around with Amazon over how to return the blender Amazon agreeded to issue a pick-up ticket for UPS after a little arm twisting on my part. So the product sat Thrusday and Friday and still no ticket so I called them back on Monday afternoon after yet another day of picking up only to find that the customer service rep that I had talked to the week before failed to follow through on the ticket so another one was issued and I waited another day for a pick up. In the meantime I ordered and received a blender of another brand that works beautifuly. I know that one takes a chance on refurbished but you would think that the product would be checked and at least in working order before it left the warehouse. I do feel that Amazon droped the ball on customer service in this case. I'll continue to order from Amazon and I'll think twice before ording anything refurbished in the future.

I bought this to replace one I bought several years ago, and the reason I bought the same one again is I absolutely LOVE this blender. It makes the perfect serving size of smoothies and frozen cocktails and the smoothie blender blade crushes all of the ice and/or fruit as long as you use it properly. Please never discontinue this model!

This is my second purchase of this blender. I like the compact design and it is great for grinding coffee and smoothies. Good value for the number of cups, 2 different blades and a bigger cup included.

The Splendor is terrible I like to make smoothies and Shakes and it does not even cut through the fruit. Everything comes out chunky. I was trying to avoid getting a Nutribullet after mine died but in the end had to get one because this just didn't work for me.
