Been trying to contact this company for weeks with no reply and they say customer service is important. Clearly not. I've ordered from this seller before and they never used to ship it with Amazon and was carely packaged before and looked expensive. Now I order and it's in a box with stuff I've also ordered on top of it. Could have easily arrived broken. And the frame looks cheaper than the one I've ordered before. The image was fine but that's it. Disappointing.

Vorab: Das Bild ist sehr gut, habe auch schon mehrfach beim Anbieter gekauft, aaaber der Versand in einer 1 mm dicken Plastikfolie mit eine bisschen Papier, nicht einmal Karton, geht absolut nicht.Der komplette Rahmen ist gebrochen und vorne Dellen und Kratzer ersichtlich!!!Nach einer sehr guten Unterhaltung im Chat mit einem Amazon Mitarbeiter, werde ich den Artikel nicht zurücksenden und nutzen, danke dafür.Fazit: Bild klare Kaufempfehlung , Versand ist wohl noch ausbaufähig
