Gothic Dragon Chalice

I ordered this as a gift for my friend and she teared up over it. She thought I paid about 3 times as much as I actually did pay for this Goblet. I think the jeweled portion of the stem looks a bit cheap, but she did not. Outside of the cheaply jeweled stem, I am incredibly pleased with everything about this item. You can even wash it, by removing the lining! There is enough weight to the Goblet to make it easy to hold and balance. The weight also gives the Goblet a sturdy, high quality feel. It's the size of a normal wine glass and holds as much wine as one also. I recommend this item to anyone looking for a quality goblet of its nature, who does not want to spend a fortune.

Bought this just to mess around with at my college house. Just cuz it would be funny to drink out of a chailice all day. But what's not funny is if the chalice you drink out of is like some play cup. So while checking out some heavy duty goblets from this brand, some were like $50 or more, so i figured itd be a good product. This one was 15 though, not the style i wanted, but i wasnt gonna drop 50 for a joke chalice. But the thing arrived and it is like heavy and well made. Exactly what i wanted.Only thing is the little jewels are a little off centered in their holes. But they still sparkle nice and no one will ever know!

Ordered so that I have a few things on hand for next Holloween. Yes, I know, but you can never plan too early. The cup is ok, nothing spectacular. The molding is rough and the colors are dull. the insert cup part fits well. The 'jewel' is obviously plastic.So, it's an ok cup. As I said, I bought it for Holloween stuff and so it will work just right for this. If it breaks I won't be out alot of cash, and it does look fairly cool.I may have to start a collection of the various styles from this company.

This was perfect to match the unicorn Chalice I also gave as a gift. The design is very appealing. It is a nice looking cup and the red rhinestones are a great touch.

These are totally as promised. They are heavy, detailed, and fun. The colors pop even more in person. They also arrived on time. I'm gonna be careful washing them and haven't really played enough with them to know if the steel lining comes out ... (I tried pulling it a bit but I didn't want to fuss too hard). My boyfriend and I are going to use them to watch the Super Bowl tonight and then when we get the 3rd season of Game of Thrones in a couple weeks -- eeeeeeee! They are meant to be used and enjoyed. Definitely happy with this purchase -- I bought two (and might buy two more for company)!!

Ok first off, I love this goblet. I love the design, the dragon has a great look to it and it is mixed with attractive red and black colors and celtic symbols. I love the weight of it, it has a nice slightly heavy feel to it that makes me feel like it's not going to tip over. And I love the fact that it's easily washable with the metal insert.My only complaint is that (you can see in the second picture) that the metal insert is poorly glued in. It doesn't line up with the cup and I believe that water may get in between the plastic and metal parts. Honestly my plan is to wait for the glue to fail and attempt to slowly pry it out and then re-glue it with it properly lined up. If I had paid more money for it, I would have wanted a new one that was lined up the right way. Because of this, I gave it 3 stars because I believe this is a pretty big design flaw. However I am aware that it was made in China and it was not expensive. You decide.

So if you buy a bunch of these goblets you will find that there is one kind that is good and every other kind is shoddy and it's really hard to tell which is which. This one has the removable stainless steel insert for easy cleaning (unlike the ones that say they do but don't). It's 7.25 inches tall with the insert included and the insert makes a perfect full circle at the top. Some of these goblets are very uniform in style and it is hard to tell which kind is which. This is one of the uniform and well made ones. I would recommend others but unfortunately there are bad imitations of almost all of the good ones so a description won't cut it.Don't leave these things out around children or pets though. They will break if they hit the ground hard. The one that I have had break was able to be glued back together without issue though at least. I can't even tell by looking at it. This one was a gift I gave to my sister so I don't have pictures. I own other designs of the exact same size and style and see this one in good condition every time I'm at my parents house.

Everything about this was perfect, the paint job is great, the size is optimal, and the cup has enough weight-- looks high-quality and used it within a professional photo shoot. I appreciate the convenience of just popping out the aluminum cup to clean, as well.

Fast delivery. Ordered on feb 11, shipped on feb 16, and received it today feb 17 (saturday) which is surprising because I didn't know there was delivery on saturdays!Really really well packed. Styrofoam tightly secured the goblet, then was in a small cardboard box...and then in another bigger cardboard box with some air plastic protection.It is as described. Really nice! Feels good in the hand and is more heavy than I thought, which makes it feel like better quality. The inner cup can be easily removed for an easier cleaning.I haven't use it since it's a gift for my brother, but I'm sure he will love it! I will edit my review if he has any problem with it.

Excellent product. Exactly as described. More durable and detailed than I expected. The detail is great and it's a nice heavy cup. The metal cup insert is removable for easy cleaning but stays inside when you drink from it. I bought it for my Dungeons & Dragons group as a prize for one of my players, who absolutely loves it. It is a beautiful and solid product. It is heavy enough to feel like its real thus, for Role Playing or just as a conversation piece, it is quite elegant. It loses a star because although only very slightly noticeable, the stem on the one I got was slight off, the insert falls out if not properly inserted and the fake plastic rubies really look fake -----could have looked better with fake glass rather than the red plastic that was used.

Absolutely beautiful and even more appealing in person. I ordered 2 chalices for my magic practice and for rituals. They are absolutely perfect!! 100% recommend!

I liked my cup so much that I purchased another one after a year of use. I now have 2. Happy customer.
