Used this wax kit on my underarms today and I am very happy with the process and results. However, I was a little concerned about the mechanics of the temperature control knob, it seems a little flakey, in other words, it does not react as quickly as one would expect but it could be because It is a knob controlling a digital display which is not too common. With that being said, it does automatically adjust the temperature to maintain the setting is is set for. I do have a few recommendations. Before you jump to Youtube for a how-to videos, READ ALL the directions. There are several videos on Youtube where they clearly did not. VERY IMPORTANT: Apply the wax in the direction of the hair growth, tear off in the opposite direction. Use a generous amount of wax and DO NOT spread it thin, the edges should be thick making it easy to flick and grab. Try to cover the largest are possible but not so large that you can't fully rip it off quickly. Also try to avoid going over the same area more than once or twice which can irritate your skin. I recommend using Azulene oil before you apply the wax. I found it makes the process easy and really comfortable. I also used it afterwards. I highly recommend this kit. Happy waxing!

I usually go to a salon to get waxing done however during COVID thought in-house waxing may be better. Bought this product and I am not very happy with the results.The product is a very good value for the money. I am actually able to do my waxing cheaper than when I am at a salon. The product included four packets of wax beads and wooden spatulas to be able to apply the wax. The wax is easy to use and provides great results. It does remove hair from the root. I have not had any allergic reactions using this product and I will continue to use it. There have been many times when I have needed an emergency cleaning to underarms or upper lips and this is perfect for those situations as it is super quick and easy to use.The temperature control seems a bit flimsy and but after using the device two times, I was able to figure which temperature settings work for me. My skin is unable to tolerate high temperatures and hence warming the wax at a lower temperature and applying thick wax layers worked best for me.

The digital temperature display is what sold me on Femiro FE-08 Waxing Kit. The digital display gives me the assurance that the wax is at the precise temperature for wax application. I like the various sizes of wax applicators, but not a fan of the finger cots. I personally prefer gloves, but that's not a deal breaker for me. I wish the kit included pre and post wax care products, but that would have put the Femiro FE-08 Waxing Kit at a different price point to include those additional products. Also, there are so many different pre and post wax care products available and everyone has their personal preferences. Coconut oil and Witch Hazel are two things that I do always have on hand. Coconut oil can be used for excess wax removal and Witch Hazel for calming the waxed areas. Overall, the Femiro FE-08 Wax Kit is a great value and has everything you need to get started on your own DYI wax removal.

This was my first experience using hard wax and it was very good! I would recommend watching a video beforehand (I watched several when I was researching this product). I was shocked at how painless the process was and how smooth my skin felt afterwards. I have super sensitive skin so I had to wait about 45 seconds for the wax to cool a little on the stick before I applied it to my skin and that worked great. I love the monitor - i think it’s super cool and convenient.

I’ve only used it once since I got it just today but I’m already getting my moneys worth. Makes waxing so much easier than it was before I had this. Literally have already called a friend and told her to buy one. I’ve already saved nearly 100 dollars in waxing fees just by using this one time

The first time I used it I went too hot. It doesn’t have like a recommended temp. So that wasn’t fun lol but once I got the hang of it it’s been pretty great. I’m saving money and not having to go to the EWC all the time

I love that it is digital and heats up quickly! It also comes in a neatly packed pack with 4 packs of wax which is awesome! Along with wax sticks too.. I’m super happy I bought it

Be careful when using. My fiancé did his chest in the middle and has whelps. The wax wasn’t even hot, he used it at 160( which recommended is 160-180).
