Exceeded expectations
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect from a mini projector, as this is my first projector of any kind. For the price, it is an unbelievable value. I was blown away at how good it looked against my wall. It does get pretty hard to see if the room is bright, but at night it looks great. It’s such good quality that I am already planning to upgrade to the native 1080p version in the future.

THE MOST HONEST REVIEW - YOUR SEARCH IS OVER
This is the most honest review you’ll read. I know there’s hundreds of projectors to pick from. Pick this one.I tried 4 different projectors(the most popular picks). I wanted “cool” features, like wifi and Bluetooth, with “higher” LUX or “Lumens” from 4000-5500. Here’s the bottom line, it’s all a marketing strategy, 4000 or 5500 there was no noticeable difference (unless you buy a higher end projector). I compared all 4 side to side, and I returned all 4 projectors, some lagged, some froze, some felt cheap, some not too “bright”. Do yourself a favor and get this one. I didn’t really need the wifi and Bluetooth, and I don’t think you do too. Forget about the cool features and just buy a reliable “bright enough” projector. Just connect a steaming device (via HDMI) and you’ll have THE BEST lower to medium range projector in its class (mini-projectors).Not only it’s bright enough, but the screen size gets bigger than the other projectors I tried, and sound is loud (although I connect sound bar or portable speaker via aux). Search is over.

We love it- read for screen mirroring advice
I was originally displeased with this purchase because I purchased it for the screen mirroring function in order to play movies from my phone in the backyard. Be aware that this device cannot play “protected” works—even if you “own” them!—through screen mirroring. So it can screen mirror YouTube videos, but not YouTube movie rentals. It will not screen mirror Netflix nor content you’ve purchased on Amazon. The screen mirroring would be good for projecting photos you’ve taken or “free” stuff like YouTube videos. If you want to project Amazon or Netflix, you need to use one if its other functions. We bought a Roku stick that we plugged directly into the projector, which works great!! The image and sound quality are fantastic—especially given the price! We enjoy being able to project Netflix and Amazon in rooms with no TV. Very satisfied with our purchase now that I understand what its capable of.

Perfect
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Don’t try connecting to the WiFi it asks u to ugh! Well I can’t figure it out lol I tried everything. Anyway I hooked up my laptop to the projector and plugged in a HDMI cord. Simple. Make sure you have the latest google chrome and us that browser when searching threw Netflix, Hulu Prim video etc. for something to watch.. you can even stream your TV live by just logging into your account... like xfinity stream etc. just make sure that u are connected to a WiFi that works.... From the projector box u will see arrows and two buttons with a S and a M... the M is for Menu Make sure if using it threw the computer You set your settings to PC and which ever HDMI slot you chose... 1 or 2 and that’s it... you should be able to watch anything that you want. Enjoy

Great little projector for the price
I bought this Vankyo Leisure 470 to have outdoor movies in the summer, so I haven't tried it outside on the big screen yet (it's still winter here), but I have played with it quite a bit inside.Pros:- Lots of options for connectivity- Cast from a phone easily- Surprisingly good speaker for its size- Decent brightnessCons:- Screen mirroring from Android was super choppy for me.- I still can't figure out how to get an SD card movie to play. I have tried all the formats it supports, and a whole range of frame rates and it still gives me the "frame rate not supported" error.- I wish the keystone adjustment had more rangeOverall, for the price, you can't beat it. It's bright enough and sharp enough to give you a great movie. The best option I have found so far for Android-based phones is to use a USB-C to HDMI converter and plug your phone in directly, although you'll need to get external speakers.Edit: I have figured out how to get videos to play from an SD card. I was transcoding to original frame rates (23.97 or 24fps) and it seems like this projector can't handle those lower frame rates. It definitely handles .mp4 files at 30 or 29.97fps though!1//25/2021 - After posting my latest edit, a Vankyo rep reached out and thanked me for the information and is going to relate my information about file type and frame rates to their marketing department, so hopefully they will add it to the tech specs so people don't have to waste as much time as I did. This personal touch earned them their fifth star. It really is a very cool little projector!

Nice Picture and Sound Quality
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I’m surprised for the price. The picture quality is great! The sounds is nice!!!! One of the picture is with the kitchen light on. The rest only the porch light coming though the main door was coming in. It was not extremely dark in here either.I did connect the FireStick and the Roku and they both worked. Now, when it comes to mirroring with iPhone, Netflix and Amazon Prime you can only hear sounds. I heard it has something to do with Netflix and Amazon Prime authorization or something...I’m really pleased and so are the kids. Backyard movies! Yay!Almost forgot, really small too. Comes with a nice case.
