The best product ever for night-time dry-mouth
This is the best stuff to cure dry mouth. I had trouble for the last 5 years or so with dry-mouth, and the day I found this product was the last time I've had a problem with dry mouth. I prefer the "Mild Mint" flavor for a couple of reasons. 1 they last for up to 8 hours. 2 The mint flavor also helps to open my sinuses while I sleep which also helps with snoring too. The new cinnamon taste only lasts 6 hours or less, it didn't help with opening my sinuses, and it is kind of granular in your mouth and that can make you gums sore over 8 hours. I have seen reviews for the cinnamon flavor that are favorable, so if you are very fond of cinnamon you can try them and just put in another if you wake up to dry-mouth before morning.

They Really Work
After going through chemotherapy my mouth was incredibly dry. I would wake up in the middle of the night and my mouth would feel like I'd been hiking through the Sahara desert with no water. Pretty parched. I had tried other dry mouth remedies and none worked as well as ZyliMelts. Now I won't buy anything else. I usually chew gum to help with dry mouth during the day, but obviously don't do that for sleeping at night. One tablet is all I need to keep me from my nighttime hike through the Sahara. There is a "fuzzy tan" side and a smooth white side. The fuzzy side adheres to your mouth, above your teeth on your gums, and it sticks throughout a good portion of the night. I just found them in a jar rather than the foil packets that I'd purchased previously. I personally like the mild mint flavor.

Great for CPAP users
XyliMelts 120 count bottles.....Forced to wear a CPAP machine for sleeping, I suffered from dry mouth even with a humidifier on the CPAP machine to the point that it caused rather severe dental issues with previously installed dental crowns. Sample packs were available at my Dentist's office and my wife brought home a package for me to try. What a relief. I stick two in my mouth at bed time and do not wake up with dry mouth a couple times a night as I have for years. Not sure my Dentist will like my not loosing crowns (his income) but my wallet says these are well worth the money. More importantly, I am sleeping better with the CPAP and not waking up in the middle of the night with dry mouth. Sound sleep, better health.

Really helps dry mouth!
I have tried many, many things for my dry mouth - sprays, lozenges, medication, and these fabulous XyliMelts. I have Sjogren’s, so my mouth always feels like a desert. XyliMelts have really helped me feel like I have saliva again! I use them during the day and at night. They have no sugar, so I don’t have to worry about additional cavities. For those who have a dry mouth, we get cavities along our gumlines, because we don’t have saliva to wash away the bacteria, etc. these are a great help and I highly recommend them. I prefer the mild mint flavor, but the regular (kind of vanilla flavored, I think) is also good.

Best Thing for Dry Mouth with CPAP
These were recommended by my Dentist due to my mouth being dry, which in turn will cause tooth decay. This prevention helps so much to keep you mouth moist during the night. I put 1 in each side of my mouth and I am good for the night. I have a moisturizer on my CPAP, however it does not help enough for my dry mouth. These work great. I have been using these for 3-1/2 years.

Works great!
Great to use at night time to help keep my mouth moisturized. They do not last as long as claimed but still the best one I have seen on the market. My oncologist recommended I use this item. Update: 4-28-20. I do highly recommend these for dry mouth. I just re-ordered more of this product so it must be good or I would not invest more money into it. Are use this at night time to help keep my mouth and throat moisturized.

They work and stay put. I forget they are in my mouth!
Due to medications I must take, my mouth is terribly dry. I’ve bought sprays, toothpastes, mints of every variety, anything I thought might help. My dry mouth was affecting my teeth. My dental hygienist suggested Xylimelts. And, hallelujah, they work. Not cheap here locally so I looked elsewhere and found these. You just wet with your tongue or stick one in your mouth for a few seconds. Then position between jaw and teeth. It sticker and stays until it melts away. I use two at night. They last about three hours for me.

I cannot live without it
I have Sjogren's syndrome which makes my mouth very dry. Also at night, I use a CPAP machine, and my entire mouth is extremely dry. I have been using 2 disks every night for the last 3 years. If I forget, in the morning I could use my tongue to sand my walls.I recommend this product!
