Since last year, when I realized that my 49 year old face needed some serious help due to my lifelong neglect, I have been immersing myself in skin care and skin care research. Everything from ingredients to devices and finding out if there was any science to back up the hype. One of the things I came across during all of that was LED Light Therapy as it relates to anti-aging and acne. I decided to start with this one because it met all the specs I required and I wanted to target the neck and face. It was also cheaper than the stand-alone devices and in order to be effective you need to expose the skin for at least 10-20 minutes so that eliminated the hand-held devices. I mean, if I have a choice of just laying there and letting something do the work for me as opposed to…..well, actual work then it’s kind of a no-brainer for me. Arrived within 3 days (completely shocked, cause COVID and delivery schedules. Enough said.) Worked great right out of the box. The instructions were very clear and understandable, except for one area. That was the duration and frequency of use for the device. Since I had researched it, I felt pretty comfortable with my plan for use, so it wasn’t a problem for me.The control box is clearly labeled. You can choose the color of light, increase the brightness of the light intensity (levels 1-9), there is a flicker option available that cycles through the different colors that you can choose, there is a timer option, and finally, there is a control for the microcurrent function. The mask also comes with microcurrent attachments you can install in the mask, if you want that function. I chose not to use the microcurrent function since I already have a NuFace that I use daily. I may decide to try it out at some point, but for right now I just want to see how the LED Light Therapy works out.At this point, I have used the mask 6 times. 10 min./3 times per week/Level 9 brightness the first week. 20 mins/3 times a week/ Level 9 the second. I have the mask by my bed, so I just put it on right when I wake up. My skin care from the night before has soaked in and my face is basically clean so it seems like a perfect time. Plus, I’m kinda lazy about waking up so it makes me feel like I’m being productive and provides a purpose for my laziness now.The mask comes with eye protection built in, but OMG they were so uncomfortable. Left a serious dent on my nose. I put up with it for the first week, but then decided to take a paring knife and cut the soft plastic “swim goggle” type things out. I realized that meant I couldn’t send it back, but I decided I liked it well enough and planned on using it frequently so I was okay with taking the chance. I can use my eye protection from tanning beds (and that is why my skin is a mess....yes, I know. They're evil) and it works just fine. (Most of the time I just close my eyes and go without actually. Just wanted to be completely honest here.) So far there are no problems with the device and I’m seeing some minor results around my eye area. Specifically the under eye area where I have noticeable “bags" under both eyes, and a stubborn area of puffiness under one eye. If that’s all I get out of this, THAT ALONE is worth the money. I’ll update the review if results continue to change or if the device explodes or something.

After having a baby my hormones have caused my skin have terrible acne, inflammation, cystic bumps- nothing I’ve ever had in my life. I have been struggling to get on top of treating it. What would work one week wouldn’t work the following. I ended up researching for an LED mask. It had been the only thing that really calmed my skin down, after I would go to the esthetician. I found this mask which was a quarter of the price of the high end Georgia Louise mask, but has all the features. This mask has changed my skin. I use it 6 times a week, for at least 10 minutes a day. Which is nice, I end up taking a little nap while it’s on. I highly recommend!! If you look at my picture you see my skin tone is also more even..

The mask comes in a beautiful box and I was excited to try it it. First thing you need to know - the instructions make zero sense, but it’s pretty straight forward and I figured it out with minimal angst. Regardless of what seller says, there is no on/off button - no biggie, just Plug it in and it’s on then unplug it when finished. The electrode micro current pegs are worthless - if you want to try for yourself, push the peg into the black rubber connector and give it a few turns - otherwise, they just fall out. I had the microcurrent at its highest level and felt nothing at all (but the pain of the pegs pressing into my face like spikes) so I punted on this and took all the pegs off. The mask is heavy, uncomfortable and sits on your face awkwardly - but I went a bit Mcgyver on it and then it felt fine! I pushed the rubber eye pads(?) out through the eye holes and once I did this the mask sat comfortably on my face. I sat reclined in a chair and kept my chin a bit tucked in (Instead if letting my head fall back) and I was perfectly comfortable for 20-30 minutes. The neck piece does fall off, but it actually fits okay just sitting on your neck, so again - no biggie. The lights are best on their low settings, when you go brighter they pretty much just go to white. I really hope the mask works well on my skin, I have to say that once I got the heaviness and uncomfortable pegs sorted out it was pretty relaxing.

It is a bit heavy but I am used to it now. I saw results pretty quick. I am plant based & when I juice fast or do red light mask it makes a quick difference in my skin. I already have good skin though. I purchased this because I was using my friends for 2 weeks & I just felt emotionally better. I use this more for emotional health than skin...lolI only use red for 20 minutes 3-5 days a week.

Bought two of these as Gifts. One of them failed to light right out of the box. Seller is replacing it, will update with another review after both masks have been tested.Update 12/29/2019. Bought 2. One was returned because it would not turn on. The second one has been used FOUr times and the lights are changing colours by themselves and are no longer in the same order. Going to have to return it, as well. Have not unboxed the replacement one that shipped yesterday. Will update when the third one is tested.

I actually enjoy the mask, but there is a spot by my hairline that I feel shocks. Tonight I again held it away from my face a little because I got a little scared. It left a little bit of a mark (that I can actually feel, like a small dent) where the shocky spot is. It doesn’t do it anywhere else, just this one spot. I don’t know how to contact the seller directly. I think this mask just has a bad spot. My skin does feel warm, and I think it works other than that one spot. I am hesitant to use it with this spot though. Also, the neck part fell off and doesn’t appear to want to stay on.

Box arrived with what looked like blood on and over the user manual. Disgusting. Contacted amazon for a refund. Absolutely vile.

Cannot wear with elastic strap - painful - but tolerable to lie down on back and wear without for 20 minute cycle.Instruction manual instructions / diagram of control unit at total odds with actual control unit.Only two out of the seven electrical face contacts actually work - other five do nothing - poor workmanship.Overall, face mask is uncomfortable to wear - even lying flat on your back - probably designed for someone without a nose.

Shame really, looked and performed great for ten minutes before the cheap power supply unit gave up! Supplied with a 2 pin plug and UK adapter! Not a UK plug! 24v 2a adapters aren't cheap but easier to just get another. Wish I'd read the reviews before buying!

I bought this product for my mum as she requested for Christmas present. She loves it, easy to use, good value for the money, delivery was on time, no damage to product or box.

Mine never came with a uk plug but with an overseas adapter. I connected, went up in a blue light and would not work. Unsafe and broken. Have requested a refund. Only given 1 star as cant give 0 stars.
