This mask appears potentially dangerous and as designed would seem not to be able to pass U.K. or European electrical safety testing standards. The power supply is able to output 1Amp 12 Volts, whereas the USB cable used is rated at 0.5A 5V. This means the power supply is able to deliver 12W of power through a cable only designed for 2.5W. In addition the use of a USB A/A cable to carry power between the control box and mask assembly would suggest that this is not actually a USB device as there appears to be no USB Host Controller on the mask, despite the presence of a USB Type A socket. A conclusion is the device could possibly be misconnected to a normal USB power output where damage to the power supply or mask would result. The worst case would be a connection to a poorly protected USB battery pack or power cell where an explosion of this cell is a possible outcome. Due to the lack of documentation provided and the sealed nature of the control box, we elected to return the device rather than attempt further safety testing. It is my opinion that U.K. trading standards should investigate the electrical safety of these grey market imported devices.

I can say that the mask was easy to setup and is comfortable to wear when I tried it.The receiver was very pleased with the mask and said she has been.enjoying using it.The mask comes in a very nice box that gives a quality feel to it.I won't make any claims about photon therapy so I suggest you research the science yourself. There are lots of good articles out there from reputable sources.Like all of these things you won't notice instant results, so you will have to give it some time to work.This mask offers 7 different treatment colours so is great value given spas will charge you this price for around 2 sessions. You can set the timer so when the lights go out you know you are finished.

I've bought this for my gadget living wife .. and I'm sure that it'll be a while before we see the long term benefits of this product. I saw a similar product on a TV show at Christmas so I'm interested bro see if it actually works.So far my wife says she feels relaxed after using it so that's definitely a positive and her skin seems less greasy too .. again another benefit.It has made us laugh quite a lot too .. when she has it on we tend to laugh as it looks a little weird.The item is well made and should last.

I gave it a week of usage before sharing a review.Even within a week I can clearly see a difference, my skin looks glowing and more even! Fantastic results.What I especially appreciate is the wide range of modes (colours) to tackle different skin problems. Also it was a fantastic remote control, you can set up the time and it beeps pretty loud when the time is off (great when you fall asleep in it - and trust me it will happen hehe).The mask is roomy, meaning it covers well the face, I also tried it on my hubby with a much bigger head and face (esp nose) and it was comfy for him too.Very good eyes protection, so all safe here.

I tried for two weeks now, mainly red and green light, I can sense my skin become tighter and smoother, I think the mask is working. And I cannot wait to continue using it to make my skin more beautiful. It’s easy to use. The only downside is the eye part is pressing the skin, if you lay down to use, after 30 min, your bone around eye left mark and I fell asleep once and it made the eye a bit bruised because it was too tight. If I want to sit to use it, I have to hold the mask.

Easy to use, just plug and play as they say. I can still watch tv with the mask on, reading is a bit distracting. I am only using face clean/ sterilisation option to clean up my sports and so far I get much less problems than I usually do. Can’t comment on other options as I don’t use them. Came I a lovely presentation box, which is were I store the mask when not in use.

I'm aged 30. And for my experience personally, Not really seen a big difference dispute using every day for 20 minutes for 3weeks Still getting some spots and nasty pimples and not really seen any improvement in my fine lines. My oily skin seems to be more controlled but I'm not sure if thats because I'm applying the hyaluronic acid serum on my face after using mask before bed. I will keep using to give it more time. But for nearly £70 I'd have expected more. Although looking at other more expensive brands there's doesn't seem much difference to this one. Also the face mask is very large and the rubber around the eyes rubs on the nose. The product does looks like good quality though and well made with a nice gift box.

Product was easy enough to set up. Only used it once so far though. The straps were a bit difficult to get through so had to force them through. Even though the straps are adjustable, I found the mask was a bit too big for my face and not very comfortable around the eyes. Had to use my hands to tilt mask away from my face so it’s wasn’t so much plastered on my face.
