Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Just received my E97 yesterday. I bought it because I had one before, and really liked it, but dropped it on a tile floor and the screen shattered. The LDC was leaking, so it's a throwaway.Upon unboxing and charging, I turned the unit on. It booted up to a screen asking for my language preference, but that's as far as I got. The touch screen is completely nonfunctional. I can not scroll between languages, I cannot select English, which is already the highlighted language. If I hold down the power button to reboot or shut down, the dialog box for shutdown appears, but I cannot choose either shutdown, or reboot, because the screen doesn't respond. I pushed the reset button twice, each time with no changeI contacted the seller, and they responded promptly, asking for photos of the screen both on and off. Well, I can't turn it off. So I sent them a photo with it on, and a video of trying to start it up, reboot it, shut it down, anything. I'll update this review when I see how well they respond with a new unit.Edit. The seller responded the day after I contacted them, and had some questions. I replied with the answers, and they emailed me a return label the next day. So I give them kudos for being responsive about the return, and upgrade the rating to three stars because of good customer service. I'll update the review after my new one shows up.Update........Well, the second one showed up. Defective digitizer. No response whatsoever from the touch screen, even after pushing the reset button a couple of times. Needless to say, it's going back. That's two for two. I will NOT be ordering a third one of these "remanufactured" units, since there is obviously ZERO quality control. I'll pony up double the money, and get another new one.

Received this, my E97, yesterday evening. 11/5/2015 . Thursday . Thank you very much, TABLET EXPRESS, also Amazon. I am using my E97 to write this review ! ! ! It's perfect, screen, internet signal to it is excellent, all bars lit up ! Have a H+ signal on it which is 4G , fast and no buffering !!! This Baby is no joke !. Thank you, Tablet Express, also Amazon. Phone calls , perfect reception too. Screen colors are vivid ! Almost like 3D ! people. Only draw back is it did not come with screen protector on it . I like the tablets large size and have had no problems with unexpected disconnection to the wifi or any connection problems overall. My complaint is with charging. The charger charged it for about a month then suddenly stopped charging it although it will charge other things. I ordered another universal mini usb charger and it is charging again. Also it popped out of the "frame" surrounding it once, and when I tried to push it back in, I was amazed at how easily I put a crack in it where I tried to pop it back in. And I tried to be extra gentle. Now the crack has traveled across the screen but the tablet still works.

I originally gave this tablet 4 stars until I realized that it comes with a trojan on it. This has rendered the tablet useless for me. I'm very disappointed that Amazon allows sellers on its website to sell defective tablets from China. Of course the tablet is outside of the return window. I guarantee you won't start to see the trojan unless you really pay attention to ads popping up on your tablet. Make sure you run Malwarebytes on your tablet. Sometimes it shows up, other times it doesn't.

The very first day I was very excited about this tablet. It was responsive, fast and wonderful. About a week into use it stopped fully charging and would not charge past 30%. I gave this product a 3 star rating due to the responsiveness of the company regarding refund. They approved it immediately once contacted and I received my refund without hassle. I am disappointed tho, I had high hopes for this tablet.

I have finally got everything set up the way I want it and I have to say this is an amzing tablet for the price! I love that I can use my SIM card and have a phone and tablet in one. The screen size is verynice compared to my old phone. It is very fast and has plenty of storage space for all my pictures and apps. I definitely reccommend this tablet!

Same form factor as and iPad 2 but better in every way. I read manga and comics on this an it is the best you can get for this. Nice and slim, big display, and easy to root. Had for 1 year still works great!

This is an amazing tablet especially for its price. I was a little skeptical at first but now I know I made a good choice. I had all my current App's from the Play Store installed within a matter of minutes and went straight into the settings, then the games, then the social apps and had all 4 of my devices synced up and running full force and my E-97 hasn't even flinched yet!
