I am currently using this product. My first day after consuming the mixure, I notice that my appetite is greatly suppressed, and using the bathroom #2. however befor trying this product I had already been consuming black seed oil along with fasting for 20 hours with a 6 to 7 hour eating window period starting at 1 or 2 pm ending at 8 pm. This scares me to not feel any hunger pains. What i did notices was, I begin to feel weak yet still no hunger pain. so I ate something because I knew I needed to eat, of course something healthy.(maybe me feeling weak was from my blood sugar dropping to low for the lack of food in my body) However after eating i felt better. I am a little unsure if I want to drink another mixure until my agitated stomach clears, I don't want to get dehydrated. Also I brought this same product but from a local shop not Amazon. I was looking for reviews to see if others had experience the same . Also did you experience any results. Would u recommend this product or not and y
