Great pedal board
This is may first pedal board and I am more than happy with it. I am an amateur guitarist and usually just pick it up once in a while but not super frequently. f For me this has been a ton of fun to mess around with and experiment with new sounds. I have heard of pedals before but never really used them and this is a great first experience. The board itself is well made, it feels solid and all the switches and knobs work great. All the effects also sound pretty good to me and the board was easy to get the hang of from just a bit of messing with it. I have also been using my guitar a whole lot more now because I can get sounds and replicate some of my favorite songs much better. I have really enjoyed this product and think its a good pickup for your guitar set up.

this pedal is nice- i like the selection of effects available
The media could not be loaded. I like how there are 6 setting and the setting chosen are the main effects i use when playing the type of music that would require a peddle. I like these basic effects and i am a guitar player that uses more delay and reverb than distortion. I do use distortion, just more sparingly due to my emphasis on hearing the strings in a purer way. This nice peddle by the Gokko brand is therefore perfect for me. The foot switches are designed perfectly for constant use. They are the small metal protrusion style rather than the flat foot peddle design which can wear out easily. With the smaller node style they can easily be replaced if needed. I like the solid metal design with no cheap plastic parts which makes this peddle ready for the road and heavy moving around from gig to gig.Reviewing a guitar peddle is new to me and can easily become subjective. To make this accessible to everyone i have included a short video about a minute long where i simply turn up the effects and switch around with minimal actual guitar playing so the effects can be focused on. I am happy with the video because i push all of the buttons and focus on changing and turning the additional effects knobs so the sound changes drastically therefore showcasing the extreme variations of the peddle.I love the green led lights that light up the areas of the unit that are in use. This is very useful when playing in dark areas. The green light is so strong it actually illuminated the surrounding area acting as a mini light.I am picky about by delay settings and this delay effect on this peddle is nice. I play something towards the end of the video that shows the nice effect when used in a string muting/picking way.Not visible in the video is my digital audio interface. I use a Roland sp555 for this and i switched the connection for the peddle works on the Roland sp. I hit samples from the sample bank and sent vocals through the distortion effect causing interesting results. This peddle comes with a built in tuner which is nice. I have messed around with elaborate name brand multi effects peddles and they can be a hassle. Being that this peddle has only 6 main sounds is perfect. This is ideal because you can easily hook up additional pedals to the back. The is a send and receive quarter inch hookup area on the back. Also there are mini aux cable ports and three pronged ports for a mixer to quarter inch hookup.I have been in a jam project for a year now with a guy who has a huge elaborate effect peddle by a leading brand and he has yet to figure it out. He kept asking to use my Gokko AxeMx300 which i found funny.I am super happy with this unit and highly recommend it.

Fun for basic effects
For context: I've been playing electric guitar since 1988 and have used a ton of guitars, amps, and of course pedals, including basic analog effects, boutique pedals, vintage pedals, and multi-effects pedals. I also have a weekly church gig where I play in front of a variety of styles in front of a few hundred people all the time. This unit has a boost and overdrive function, which is switchable and lets you use in either/or fashion. Beyond that you have a distortion function, followed by a switchable effects loop (post-gain), chorus effect, delay, and reverb. There's also a master volume. Here's what I like about it:- It's very sturdy and compact- The switches are very solid- The sounds are decent- You get all the common basic effects you might need for a typical jam session- The effects loop is a nice touch- There's a headphone out, so you can use it as a silent practice tool- There's an auxiliary input (with supplied cable) that you can use to feed audio from an external source to jam along with, e.g. a drum machine or other audio tracks- You can output to an amp or to a mixer as you have all your pre-amp and basic emulation in the unit- It is very easy to use and figure outWhat I didn't like:- Many of the overdrive/boost/distortion settings and effects can introduce a fair amount of noise. This is not uncommon for some analog gain effects, but it's fairly pronounced here.- The quality of the effects range from good to meh or worse. You need a light hand on the dials with your post-gain effects in particular.- My effects loop switch is either incorrectly labelled or incorrectly wired such that "on" for the loop is actually "off" and vice versa. I initially though the unit was defective because no sound was coming out with the loop switch in the "off" position. I had to test and figure this out on my own, and shows a lack of quality control.- Getting unity volume when you turn on the various gain options or effects take a little practice and fiddling. You will need to carefully set this up to avoid big volume jumps or drops when hitting the switches. So here's the short of it - it's a fun, relatively inexpensive setup for basic jamming and practice. I would have no trouble taking it as a "grab and go" rig to my friend's house, or when I'm practicing or learning new songs. I would not, however, do any serious recording or live performance with it, as I have better sounding and quieter options at my disposal.

Combine your pedals!
Compact - about as long as a small amp.All the effects work really well. There are quite a few ports on the back which add to the versatility of the machine when using it with other products. The AUX port is pretty cool so I can play a backtrack at the same time as I'm practising. The built-in tuner is very handy. it would be cooler if I could set the A4 frequency.Very durable. The switches click into place well. The sound is great. The output is clean - no connection issues. The volume isn't easy to get just right - takes a bit of time, so this is a better choice for someone practicing at home. I appreciated having 6 effects in one pedal rather than something more complex - it's a great entry-level guitar pedal and affordable.
