Great product
It works well and ig is easily adjusted to build hand muscle. Feels good in hand. That is to say the runner grips dont hurt th hand when help properly.

They are plastic overall but the important parts are metal. Overall I don't see any issues but I don't see these being a lifetime device either.

One of the pair broke after 14 months use.
One of the pair broke after 14 months use. The metal part that attaches spring to the worm drive(threads) tension adjuster. See picture, it was only set to about mid range. That is not acceptable.

the first one broke in my hand a few weeks ago and the second one broke in y hand this morning, this mis cheep stuff, not good quality

Both broke after 1.5yrs of light usage.
Do not buy, both broke where the bottom spring connect to the front grip. Barely used up until 4 months ago when i started using 5 times a week doing about 20 pumps a day.

Casse suite à simple usage normal.
Mentionne 60 kg de force mais ne résiste pas longtemps à la simple force du ressort... Déjà cassé à simple usage normal.
