These are great! Seriously! It's a brilliant idea! It's and easy scoop and just the right amount. The kids love them. Easy for my 18 month and 5yo. Seriously a must have!

My son goes to a home based learning program and we do monthly potlucks and ice cream socials. SO I thought these would be awesome for the kids to use at the school functions. We tried them out at home and I found the handles too small for adult hands, so I had my son try it out. He actually did not like them either. The short handle makes leverage very difficult. So unless the ice cream is very soft, these actually hurt the hand to use. However, we have found them to work fine for softer items like pudding and potato salad at the pot lucks so we are getting some use out of them.I purchased this item at a discount in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.

I got these free from SnagShout thanks to CouponClipinista and I did not know what to really expect. I thought they looked really cute and would be perfect for my niece. First of all, super fast shipping! I snagged this on Tuesday and was delivered the next day on Wednesday! They are super adorable. They are a little smaller than I thought but it's perfect for small kids, the shape is great for no dripping, and the colors are cute. They are dishwasher safe and BPA free. Sorry for the picture, it was at night and used flash.

They're awesome!

These Ice Cream Scoopers are perfectly sized for small hands and small portions. The second I pulled them out of the box my kids wanted to hold them, and of course, begged for ice cream. I love that they're top-rack dishwasher safe and BPA free. The plastic is hard enough to scoop ice cream easily. The only thing that wasn't perfect about them was the green and orange scoops each had little flaws. The orange scoops have strings of dark green or black coloring in them that at first glance look like hair, but it's part of the plastic. The green one had a little bit of orange color mixed in the edge, as you can see in the picture. I also included pictures of my 4 year old, 3 year old, and 1 1/2 year old holding them, and one in comparison to the size of my hand, so you could see the size of the scoops. I received them at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion.

My 3 year old and 27 year old husband were equally excited to try this product! My daughter's hand gripped the cute handle perfectly, where my husband had to use 3 finders lol. The product description does warn that size is geared toward children/small hands- so no docking points for my husband having larger hands :) anyway, the colors are super cute and if nothing else, your children can use it to serve themselves ice cream in another dish. As cute of an idea it is to scoop and eat, my toddler simply needs a separate dish. Only because it takes her more than a couple licks to finish before it turns into a complete thawed messy disaster all over your house. But I'm more of a pro active mommy so I like to prevent those situations where possible. This being one. So definitely use good judgment in regards to the environment or the age of the child. I would more recommend towards using it for your kids to serve themselves ice cream to try their hand at independency than eating straight out of it.
