Saved me a paint job!
I had an incident in a parking garage and the vinyl was totally scratched up, looked terrible. I bought another few feet to re-do my quarter panel and bumper, and when I removed it, the paint underneath was perfect. The story probably wouldn't have been the same if it was a cement pole or something a bit harder, but if another car gives you a scrape, the combined softness of their and your bumper is probably enough to save your paint. His bumper will need a re-paint.Probably works just as well as 3M vinyl. My suggestion is just watch all the YouTube videos you can find about applying vinyl, and when you're doing the edges (let's say, of a door) apply an adhesion promoter all around the edges (front, back, and right on the edge). A strip about the width of the tip of the promoter pen that comes with the larger kits will do (1/4"). This will just keep the edges from peeling back over time, definitely worth the extra effort.

I needed matte not semigloss!
This wrap is not matte white, it's semigloss! The wrap is high quality but make sure you know what you are getting. If this wrap was listed as as semigloss I would definitely give it 5 stars. I've used other matte wraps before and none of them had this smooth of a finish. I bought this mainly for my hood which blinds me with reflected sunlight at sunrise and sunset. Unfortunately there wasn't enough texture to keep the light subdued and it still reflected almost as bad as before.

Good at first
Installed easily, looked great, didn't get dirty too quickly which is important for dusty and dry Southern California. My complaint about this stuff is that if you don't do a full edge-to-edge wrap, it'll pull back and leave some glue exposed, which will of course collect dirt, and is extremely difficult to remove from the paint without damaging it.I know this won't be a concern for the majority of people, but I did a piecemeal camo wrap on my car so I had lots of edges that didn't wrap around and get hidden.I bought black and navy blue, and neither of them shrank at all, only this white.

Not sticky at all
It was basically a matte white colored piece of paper. No matter how much I heat it or leave it on something I just slides right off, doesn’t stick at all. Took me a while to leave a review because I bought 2 wraps and luckily my other wrap came good so I just got started on my project without my matte white but I saw it in my closet the other day and cut a piece out and checked to see if it still didn’t have adhesive and still… nothing… at all. So I basically have a full roll of paper now. Kinda sucks I didn’t get this resolved earlier but im just not going to buy this again, unless they for sure give me one that sticks or my money back so I can buy another wrap from them and pray that I just got a defect.

It's very sturdy and better than trying to paint the crappy particle ...
I'm using this to wrap the cabinets and cabinet doors in a pop up trailer. It's very sturdy and better than trying to paint the crappy particle board in the trailer.Pluses, it's tough material. It sticks to anything, but can be unpeeled and reapplied if you make a mistake. Provides very nice finish. Less expensive than the 3M vinyl.Negatives, huge learning curve. You must be very meticulous and detail oriented to get good results. It takes time and patience. Also, the Vivvid brand doesn't respond as well to heat as the 3M 1080. Once a piece is stretched out, from pulling or reapplication, it is very difficult to get a smooth finish. It tends to wrinkled over itself even with very careful application.Bottom line, this is really cool stuff but difficult to use.

Good product, will buy again!
This wrap has exceeded my expectations! Nice and sticky, easy to work with, great results! I've bought the $5 vinyls before and they are really no good compared to this. This easily conforms to my surfaces, wraps tightly and heats up beautifully with a hair dryer.
