Best alternative to nut butters
Definitely my new favorite! I LOVE this blend of seeds made into a smooth and creamy butter. It has a “nutty” taste that’s incredibly flavorful, and I prefer it over almond butter or sun butter. I encountered no grittiness. It requires less stirring than most peanut butter alternatives. And I’m impressed with the low amount of carbs and sodium. This one is going on my subscription list!

Delecius, but Stir and keep your eyes closed
It needs to be stirred every time. It looks like baby poop. But I put it in my mouth anyway and it is absolutely wonderful. (tried crunchy) absolutely recomend, but item should include a blindfold.

Well, not for me.
This was recommended by a friend. I gave it to her after trying it, she loves it on her keto diet, she says it is like dessert on a spoon. Perhaps I am not as disciplined as she is.

Great seed butter!
Great tasting seed butter, and very little sugar added.

HEALTHY & SATISFIES APPETITE
Everyone's taste is different, so use your own discretion, but I found this 5 seed butter to be kind of grainy & the taste a bit like cashew butter (not pleasant to me). However, it definitely satisfies my appetite without leaving any unpleasant heaviness, lethargy or mental dullness as so many other foods do.

Positive for a breakfast alternative
Great combination of non nut seeds. All seeds add a plant based food option. Glad there is a crunch.

Not like peanut butter.

It's addictive...
Taste great, BUT if you add a tiny bit of stevia, a tiny bit of sea-salt and a tiny bit of Ceylon cinnamon it becomes addictive. It's a real problem because once i start by eating ONE spoonful....i find it almost impossible to stop, so i might eat the whole jar.
