It was well packaged so survived transit. However I expected it to be either cardboard or plastic but it was only thick paper. Couldn’t complain due to the cost but would have paid a little bit extra for a much sturdier item. There weren’t any assembly instructions about attaching it to the holder (nearly missed that there was one on the Manufacturer “compliments” card as it is clear plastic). There was a small paper attachment, which looked like sticky back plastic, with 2 scored holes. I tried to remove the backing around the holes as I thought that you would put the holder through it & attach it to the cake by removing the rest of the backing. However when I tried a small glue dot came off in my hand so I removed the other one & placed them on the holder in the area of the top & bottom of the topper & stuck it in the centre. It did the job however & made a good “souvenir” of our celebration.
