Well they're a good b vitamin I guess do not take anything else with niacin in it if you're going to take these

A let down on top of a mail thief! Smh...
I was bought it by mistake. However I got the package already open and the container was opened because there was already over half missing I took two capsules to see if it even helped with my adhd it did for about an hr. It wasn’t worth it to me plus it had been open. I had such high hopes from all the reviews! Actually just tapped up the package to drop off tomorrow. Such a bummer. Got to find one that fits for me I guess.

Caused a bad reaction!
Do not recommend! I was about halfway through the bottle (had been taking 1 a day with no problems) when I had a terrible reaction within minutes of taking a capsule. My skin suddenly felt like it was on fire and my face and arms broke out in a blotchy red rash. I don’t have any allergies and have never had a reaction like this. I threw away the rest of the bottle right after
