Much smaller than pictured. The pillow I received was sealed and it has not come to full size yet nor do I think it will. The photos shown are misleading.The only good side, it seems comfortable and my neck felt a little better after using it but overall I will probably send it back and not repurchase

I love it! I have searched for just the right pillow for a very long time. This pillow is perfect to reduce neck pain and to encourage deep, restful sleep. I have Chiari Malformation, 10 years post op...if you know what that means then you understand how important this pillow is to me

Pillow is still quite flat and displays no contour for support for your neck. Very disappointed. I've given it 4 days to "inflate" and it has not changed a bit since I opened the seal.

I unpackaged it and let it sit for about a week but it is still very flat and gives no support at all...

For me this pillow doesn't fully support my neck. My head doesn't sink enough on the memory foam. Seems like if there was a low spot where my head rests it would solve this problem The sides are too shallow also for me when I sleep on my side. It's still better than a standard pillow,and had relieved some of the neck pain.

So comfortable! Chronic neck and shoulder pain GONE after the first night. Good for back and side sleeping.

I was reluctant to spend this much on a pillow (owner of 3 dogs) but this pillow has been worth EVERY PENNY!!! I suffered neck and shoulder pain coupled with carpal tunnel pain every night and this pillow is the only one that I have found that actually helps to relieve that pain so that I can FINALLY SLEEP!! I have tried many pillows of different firmness/softness/shape and this is the only pillow I have found that supports my head and neck to take my aches and pain away!!

I was a true sceptic. I used to have a pillow like this in college and slept great. Been using for a about 1 week and my neck and upper back pain is completely gone. I fall asleep and wake up on my back with no tossing and turning. Highly recommend
