Buy these, they're great!
I bought 2 of these mounts and they worked great! They are metal and very sturdy. Overall they are designed very well. There is an access panel on the underside of the neck to access wiring and there is a metal ring built in to hook the camera safety wire too. The mounts themselves made installing my Hikvision PTZs so much easier than anticipated.
