This boost immunity capsules come with a number of ingredients, they are all known to be healthy ingredients so in theory this blend should have all the health benefits combined.The recommended dosage is 1-2 capsules each time, 1-3 times a day. Which means 1-6 capsules a day and convert to averaging one month's supply. The capsules come with shelf life of 9 months. At £14.99, the price seems to be ok for health supplement of so many ingredients.I could do with more information on the various vitamin content on the bottle so I could easily check, for example, green tea leaves is one of the ingredients, but no way to tell what caffeine content, as I am a bit sensitive to caffeine.

Having had seaweed supplements before I was a bit skeptical about these, simply because to me seaweed does taste a bit funky. I was very pleasantly surprised with these VitaShark iodene capsules. The seaweed extracts are all encapsulated in the vegan shell, so you just swallow them with a drink and don't worry about the taste.Iodine is found naturally in seaweed and this supplement has various other ingredients to complement the seaweed all of which are organic. The description does refer to "an organic food-approved seaweed blend" however, strictly speaking, you can't claim seaweed to be organic as it is farmed from the open environment where cross-contamination from nonorganic sources cannot be avoided. Having said that, there are various degrees of organic and much has to do with where the source is located.One thing that surprised me was the dosage of 1-2 capsules 1-3 times per day. So that could be between 1 and 6 capsules a day. Not sure how helpful that is in determining the correct dose, although I guess it indicated the maximum and minimum safe amounts.The benefits of iodine, along with the other ingredients, such as Ashwagandha, green tea and cayenne powder all add up to a pretty powerful immune support supplement. Just one star off for the variations in dosage that I don't think are particularly helpful.

It is great that this is a clearly marked vegan supplement. They have used vegetarian capsules and there are no nasty ingredients such as gelatin. You get 100 capsules and you take one or two capsules up to 3 times daily. So that length of time this will last you will vary greatly depending on the dosage you are taking. The capsules out of typical size and easy enough to swallow. You are getting an expiry date Of around a year from the time of ordering. The price of the supplement isn’t too bad considering the quality of the ingredients and the fact they have went out their way to make it a vegan product.
