Cute but not a tutu
This was great for my daughter's first birthday in the colder months as it had log sleeves, but my issue with it was the skirt and bow. The bow was very Minnie mouse looking where it sits up on her head. And for the skirt, it is not tutu like at all. It sits very flat. I was looking for something with a little bit of poof and it has none.
