LCGP3" Universal Resonator, Straight Through Performance Muffler, 16" Overall Length

I installed these on my old hot rod. The Delta 40 Flowmaster mufflers have an awesome sound but at cruising speed the raspy drone can get a bit annoying. After installation of these resonators I was pleasantly surprised at the noise reduction. While it doesn’t make the exhaust quiet by any means, it does take away the harshness when you’re up to speed. I estimate about 25-30% reduction in the raspy drone. It actually made the exhaust sound better in my opinion and allows you to hear all the glorious sound that only comes from a 90 degree V-8.These resonators are extremely well constructed of stainless steel and have a straight through design with no reduction of diameter which still allows the free flow of the pipe. These happen to be 3” diameter but I’m sure smaller pipes would reduce the noise a bit more.They slipped right in after cutting out a corresponding section of pipe and attach easily with band clamps for a crush free and leak free seal also allowing for easy removal if needed.Definitely good bang for the buck!

Installed it as soon as I received the resonator. Big difference in sound. Not only quiets the amount of sound inside the vehicle but removes the high pitched sound from the exhaust. Nice low deep rumble.The resonator itself has good weight to it. Made from what seems to be stainless steel. Welds look decent as well.

Was pleasantly surprised by how compact the resonator unit is, and how effectively it removes the raspiness on my 3 inch decatted pipe. Running it on a tuned Subaru Levorg. And best part is it doesn't break the bank.Paired with a V-Band clamp on one end to join the downpipe and "catback" sections of the exhaust.

I have a b48 with catted downpipe 200cel,intake,charge pipe and stage 2,i did a resonator delete and was too loud and wasn't a nice soundThen i had a upower small one then a vibrant and all of them drone and vibrate until this 3inch 16 lenght resonator.Sounds deep pretty clean ,burbbles lound and nice,interior sound not too loud,drone and vibration like 70% lower then before,but from outside is perfect balance, you definitely turn heads!This is the way,especially for daily.

Puts a nice deep hum to that once nasty raspy cheap resonator.. Quality is great, Welds are clean, over all construction is great! And the Price, Outstanding!! Would definitely buy this Again.

I am very sensitive to exhaust drone but I still always modify the exhaust on my cars so I have spent a lot of time testing out various resonators over the years to see what nets the best sound to drone ratio. Most if not all aftermarket exhausts have some drone even if the manufacturer claims they don't. Up until I tried this LCGP, my go to resonator was the vibrant ultra quiet. It is great and very effective at reducing drone but it's at the cost of a significant reduction in overall exhaust volume and it significantly changes the tone and note. It's also very expensive. I finally gave this one a try because at a third of the price I figured it was worth a shot. And I am truly impressed. They are the same overall length so I was able to swap the two in and out for testing and in my opinion the LCGP nets a better sound by a long shot. Believe me it surprised the heck out of me too. Here's my thoughts:Pros:-Does just as good of a job at knocking down drone as the Vibrant (although not all of it, see my cons)-Very minimal change in exhaust note. Slightly deeper and less raspy but still very similar to before-approximately a 15-20% overall volume reduction. Vibrant ultra quiet is probably closer to 30-40%.-Much more affordable than the Vibrant-small form factor and fits in tight spaces-Many different sizes & lengths availableCons:-Welds and general build quality are not as nice as the Vibrant but still plenty good enough to be under the bottom of a car lol-Does not completely reduce the drone. Approximately a 50% reduction. About the same as the vibrantHere's the deal: I've spent enough time modifying exhausts in my life that I know a "droney" exhaust will always be "droney." There's no magic tool or component that will get rid of it completely. Even J pipes can only reduce drone in a very specific RPM range and not throughout the entire range. So if you want a completely drone free exhaust, don't modify the stock exhaust at all. All those giant mufflers and resonators are there for a reason. In my opinion, a realistic goal for an aftermarket exhaust is to reduce as much drone as you can so that its tolerable, without sacrificing the sound and tone that you want. From here on out I'll be using this rather than the Vibrant simply because it does just as good a job at reducing drone while still keeping close to the same overall volume and tone. It's also about 1/3 the price so to me it's a win win! I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because others out there have a better build quality but it's still good enough. Hope this helps!

I has purchased several resonators from here, it just amazing for the price, the tone and no rasp in almost every setup is guaranteed. My friends and I are more than happy with the result. It quiets the right level of sounds in a turbo exhaust system, and in a N/A aspirated, quiets a Lillie and gives better tone to the exhaust.

Got the 11,5" version and after receiving it I kind of got scared that it wouldn't be enough but oh boy this thing is simply amazing. Built quality is amazing, looks great, fits perfect and sound is out of this world. 10/10 recommended.

Custom 2.5" exhaust system for 1UZ-FE (4L V8) swapped 4runner in conjunction with a Vibrant 2.5" in/out catalytic converter, and Vibrant 2.5" oval, offset, straight-through muffler.Configuration 1 - cat -> muffler:Loud, uncontrolled, droning, obnoxious. Bearable at idle and very low load and low RPM, but otherwise annoying to drive.Configuration 2 - cat -> resonator -> muffler:Moderate volume, deep, low, rumbling and echoic, (like sound coming down a long tube, but pleasing) not much drone. Not TOO loud for normal driving, aggressive and loud when hard on throttle.Configuration 3 - cat-> muffler -> resonator (close to end of tailpipe):Very controlled volume- similar in loudness to a baffled muffler, but deep and low. Loudness increases with load and rpm, but never gets too loud. Absolutely no drone, and no echoic resonance.I'm very surprised how effective this resonator is. For 50 bucks, it makes all the difference in my setup. I wanted a reasonably quiet exhaust while maintaining that distinctive V8 sound, and Configuration 3 gives me exactly that.

All I got to say is I’m impressed with the performance of this piece my car sounds so aggressive when I’m ripping it down the street making all the Karen’s mad at me and threatening to call the police in my ass. But trust me you want a low aggressive sound get this highly recommended it and the welds are amazing.

It decreases the sound by a bit. nice low rumble on a subaru. Though it's still kinda loud :)
