25 to 27cms is the actual size. Don't go for this.
The product title description is misleading, it says 40cms while it is between 25cms to 27cms in length. Find the pictures attached with scale and a normal ball point pen to be compared. It's definitely not worth the money you may be willing to spend. The seller may be trying to take the advantage of shipping price if its not refundable. Amazon should be aware of such tactics.

I purchased this for my sister's son, he is playing with this very happily and through away anywhere and pulling the toy cloth by biting, still this toy have no tear or damage, Overall i satisfied with this toy
