AdvoCare Spark Energy Drink, Fruit Punch, 10.5 Oz.

I have been using this product for years now. I love it! The flavors are tasty, and it gives you a jump in your step without making you feel jittery. The fruit punch flavor doesn't really have that "vitamin-y" flavor that most supplement drinks have. It is a great alternative to morning coffee or other caffeinated beverages

Gives me the push I need. I would recommend taking a couple of days off in between consumption. Your body can get used to it. But so far I've lost 10lbs and keeping it off. However, I am exercising more, cooking at home, and not eating out. You can't just sit on your butt and expect results.

LOVE this product! Fruit punch is my favorite flavor. It puts a fast-forward on my shift for at least two good hours without making me jittery, which is important, especially working 12-hour nights in a busy hospital!

The taste is great, and it's definitely my favorite flavor of Spark. A little disappointed with the energy bump. Some days I feel as though it helped, but some days I can hardly get through a workout even after drinking it. For the record, I avoid drinking it every day so that I don't become used to it. Also, I always follow the directions and use no more than 8 oz of water to avoid over-diluting it. I plan to try a different pre-workout drink next time, because Spark is too expensive for mediocre results.

Arrived in a timely manner. I love this product. It gives me energy, but no jitters and has a great taste.

Wish it didn’t cost so much

Love the taste of this product. Shipping was good and I continue to order from them as I do not have an advocare distributor in this area.
