So I’m not new to doing my nails but I got sick of my nail polish chipping after 2 or 3 days and my daughter had gotten this kit and recommended. One of my best purchases. Gel nails are not a quick process, however these lasted me for about 3 weeks. First time I did them I realized some of the base coat was too thick and once that light hits it, it’s done. Second time I did much better. 3rd time my nails looked amazing. However I wanted another color that didn’t come with the kit so I ordered a different brand and NO NO NO. The other brand chipped so fast. So I’m sticking with this one. Definitely paid for itself already.

I just started doing my own gel nails and I did a lot of research on kits that include everything you need then I spent so much time trying to decide which brand and kit to go with. Finally, I choose this kit cuz the kit looks reliable than other brands, and the brand name sounds fashionable...Lol.I just want to say it is sooo beautiful!! And I'm honestly really surprised by how fast they arrived. I love this nail kit so much!!!! Glad that I choose it! I wasn’t given this, I bought it myself... I'm very impressed with this whole kit... I like the appearance of this cure lamp! Pink is my favorite color!The white uv lamp from other sellers is easily stained by me, and it is not special at all! I really like his automation. Hand in, light on. Hand out, light off. This completely liberated my hands, and it's suitable for a lazy person like me! Loooove the lamp and that there is a count down and three settings. Then it should mention the package if also really awesome!!!!! This orange gift box is very bright and obvious. I believe that if my girl opens the gift at the party on her birthday, many people will be jealous of her! I have also bought Beetles nail kit before, but his box is very ordinary black, I think there are relatively no special features. I just really really love it!! It comes with every single item you need to start doing your own gel nails! I have been using regular nail polish for decades. My nails are never bare in all the years since I started to wear nail polish but I only recently shifted to gels. I love how gel polish stays on until you take it off and it's so shiny. I was not disappointed at all with this Modelones Gel Nail Kit. Bottles are a good size and I don’t like other big size gel cuz my fingers rarely catch the big bottle completely. The most I like is about the bottles can show the colors on its surface! Not like another kit, all of the bottles in the kits are the same colors. This is a tedious and boring thing, it doesn't look special or advanced at all. The display color of the bottle is more like a kind of advanced customization. Nude and deep red are really common colors all year round I am so happy that I chose this kit cuz nude colors are my favorite too!I have a few initial observations: The polish is nice and creamy. It did not have a bad smell when I opened the bottles. The gel is soft, magnificent to work, dry quickly only 60 seconds and ready, all very well everything is right, it brings many things that can be used to paint gel nails, the top coat is impressive leaves a bright shine and everything seems to indicate that according to the quality.The rhinestones and other decorative items are also really great to have. I do n’t need to buy any more accessories, because I ’ve searched to buy nail gel accessories separately and it ’s close to $ 10, and this set contains these things so I saved another sum of money after buying this kit.Literally don’t have one bad thing to say about this kit. It’s cheap, gives you a ton of products to try out, and it all works perfectly!!! You won’t need to make any other purchases to do a full gel manicure (unless you want nail tips to do extensions with.I'm pretty sure that I will give this Modelones nail kit when I give a gift...I love my results and I’m gonna be saving money by doing it myself! I made sure to do exactly what the instructions say and they have been beautiful and strong. I even did my mom's nails and she’s not into doing nails. She loves hers and was so impressed by this product. She plans to buy a new kit in the order she can do that in her home. So am I! I loved this one so much that I order another gel nail kit from Modelones and can’t wait to try it too! When I used this brand I gave up other brands such as Gellen and Beetles！I became a big fan of this brand. Recommend!

With many options out there it’s hard to pick, but I would buy this one over and over again!! It comes with everything you need to get started and is soooo easy to use!!! The picture I posted is of my toes after a month! The gel polish lasted and was thick to create the look of perfection! I did my finger nails too, but because I work with my hands so much, I ended up peeling off the gel polish. It was extremely hard to do because of how well the polish cured on my natural nail, so definitely plan to get the gel polish professionally removed.

It’s a great starter kit for its price! I didn’t want to pay for a high end one in case I didn’t continue with doing my own nails. However the polish that comes with it isn’t the best. It started coming off within 3-4 days. I bought a different kind of gel polish, and it lasted 9-10 days. I would definitely recommend!

Overall, I really liked this kit. It has a great set of neutral colors, the quality of the polish is excellent - it's not too thick and not too thin, so it gets a solid color with only 2 coats but doesn't clump up on the sides as some thicker polishes often do. I have other polishes from Modelones and I'm just as pleased with the other colors I have. The various files are really a nice bonus with this set, they worked great and seem much more sturdy than the ones I've purchased from other places. I've found that this polish also helps to harden my nails, they break less and can do some serious damage when necessary!The UV lamp is GREAT! It cures this polish in no time! I have to admit, I hadn't done my nails in about 5 years because I don't have the patience to wait for it to dry - using the UV lamp on this UV-gel polish cured the polish in about a minute. I do actually cure each layer for 99 seconds and then cure the final layer of top-coat for 3 minutes because I want the polish to be hard when I'm done. I probably could do less, but I've found that I like this result, it's super hard when I'm done and not a single mistake, dog hair, chip, or bubble - nothing for at least 2 weeks!I will also note that the cuticle pusher does a great job at pushing the cuticle - since it is metal, it really gets all of the cuticle and doesn't leave that thin layer of skin that I would often end up with from my older, plastic cuticle pusher. I also like the length of the pusher's handle. I have large hands and some tools are just too tiny for me to use comfortably. This tool was long enough that the other end wasn't jabbing into my hand.I did have two issues with this kit (but not enough to bring down my rating):1) the "remover" pads didn't seem to do anything at all (I used it on my other Modelones UV gel polish). I filed the surface of the nail with the appropriate file and then kept the remover pad on a nail for 20 minutes and it didn't seem to do anything at all. I have a liquid remover that works really well (even though I have to use 2 coats usually) - after the first 5 minutes I can see the top layer of the UV polish "burst" and start to flake off. I could see no difference with the remover pads. Given that there are a limited set of these anyway, I'm not really concerned with this as I'd use them up after 2 or 3 manicures, so I'll just use my liquid remover instead.2) the metal cuticle pusher is POWERFUL - be careful! After using the remover pad, I hoped to be able to easily scrape off the polish with the cuticle pusher - unfortunately, I ended up digging into the surface of my nail and tore off several layers of nail! I will note that I don't have false nails - I have natural nails, so this destroyed my fingernail! I stopped before I got all the way through the nail, but it definitely caused some pain and it will be months before I am able to grow out this damaged nail. I realize that part of this was partly me pushing too hard, but since the remover did not seem to do anything, I thought I was working through just the polish, not my actual nail. I used a plastic cuticle pusher to complete the removal of my old polish and that did not damage my nails. I'll chalk this up mostly to "user error", but it wouldn't have happened with a plastic pusher. I did find that the "hook" end of the cuticle pusher actually did a better job of not destroying my nails, so I liked that end better.

I am so happy i purchased this, I don’t have to spend money at the salons anymore I can just do them myself and for my family. Natural is better >>>> my nails feel like I just got them done w gel (: #gelnails4evaWhen I was doing them the polish kind of curled when dried but I was able to fix it and now they’re perfect again

I wasn’t sure what to expect from this to be honest but I’m delighted. Great value for money, helpful instructions and good quality products. I’m very pleased with my first attempt at doing my own gel nails! I will look to get some additional gel at some point so I have a wider range of colours 😁I would like to add however that the UV lamp did NOT come with a UK plug. So if you are buying from the UK, you will need an adapter (like one you would use for an electric razor or toothbrush).

Just got this yesterday, have always been Skeptical of trying to do a salon job at home but I’m super impressed. I never bother to write reviews but thought this deserved it... the price is good, its easy to use and it works. I watched a few you tube clips to help me and haven’t tried any nail art... just went for a simple colour today to see and it worked well. Some bits less steady but that my accuracy not the item!Overall I’ll be saving quite a bit I’m not going to nail bars in future!Having now had it a week I would add that the varnishes aren’t as strong as salon ones. I have found they don’t last as long. But at the same time they don’t damage the nail anywhere near as badly so I’m still a fan - I will be buying some OPI ones to try but for a week of good nails that aren’t completely ruined when the varnish comes off - this is a win my in my opinion.

Really disappointed with this product. After reading the reviews I had high hopes. The item arrived on Saturday and I was excited to give it a go. All looked fab in the box. After getting it out of the box today, following instructions one by one I have found the lamp is not curing the nail polish and it is still tacky no matter how long I leave it under the lamp! Really disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this product.

COVID 19 purchase and I couldn’t be more happier. So much for the price. Only needed two layers of the nail varnish. I did stick them under for a little longer than advised but I also done them quite thick. On day 3 and still look perfect so hopefully they will last. Money well spent, won’t ever be going back to a salon again. I never write reviews but feel this needs one as I kept looking through not knowing which one to get

This set is fantastic! I am so, so pleased I bought this set!The set has lots of good things going for it. Apart from good quality bottles of polish, including one which changes colour with temperature colour, which I adore! The lamp is brilliant and the entire set is so easy to use. It's great to have everything you need in a set.And remember that preparing your nails before you put on gel polish is important. Buffing the surface of the nail, filing the nail to shape required, trimming any snags of skin. Cleaning off the cuticle, and then washing the hands thoroughly, and then you should be good to begin.There are instructions in the box to guide you if it's your first time.This kit has everything you need to get started and the gel polishes are very nice quality. I love the colours and this company sells other colours seperetely so you can stock up.Oh, and just a tip...don't put thick layers of the base, gel polish or top coat on your nail to cure; basically because it will be hot on your nails as it cures, and the thicker it is, the hotter it gets! Better to use 2 or 3 thin coats instead of 1 thick one.
