This clock is truly beautiful and adds a touch of whimsy and class. It does not make the tick, tick, tick sound; it is silent which is also a plus. Love the fact that it is handmade and not something you can buy off-the-shelf in stores. Thanks so much!

I thought it might be a little larger, but that has more to do with my perception of size. :) It was at the top of my price range for an itme like this. But this is a beautiful clock that my Mom, who is a violet enthusiast, loved receiving. Part of the goal is to give an usable item, covered with her favorite violets painted on it and this item did it. She enjoys looking at it many times per day. I wish that it was an item that would have been covered with free shipping under the Amazon Prime program.
