Q: Because reviews are saying they don't smell and oil is in the bag not the stick, are they selling last years product in Nov and Dec 2021, dried-out?

We only sell current/new inventory for our Scentsicles Scented Christmas Ornaments. If you have purchased and experienced oil in the bag of hanging hooks, please contact us via your Amazon order history and we can replace or refund.

Q: Do they come sealed? Mine were not sealed and were missing the hooks!

Each stick is not individually sealed, but arrive in a bottle. The hooks are not attached, but found in the bottom of the bottle.

Q: How do you "activate" these? Does opening the can activate all of them instantly?

I'm not sure activate is the word...they are scented sticks that fade after a few weeks
