Great for workouts. Pom’r flavor is a little bit like old crystal light iced tea, but goes down very easily, unlike other brands that are sickly sweet.

I never was a fan of powder mixes, but I'm in on these Jocko ones. Taste awesome and its GOOD for you! I drink the stuff all day. Jockopalmer is my favorite and my old lady likes Tropic Thunder. So I bought all of them. Even the supplements are killer. Keep it coming Jocko, I'm drinking the cool-aide! (Army Vet)

I love jocko but this tastes like Navy grey water.

Does not work like pre-workout

Discipline is by far the best "energy" drink out there in my opinion, although calling it an energy drink really doesn't do it justice. The flavor (Jocko Pom'r) tastes amazing, and there is definitely none of the jitters followed by crashing more typical of your standard sugar bomb energy drink. Nah, it won't give you an 800 pound deadlift, but if you want one of those just pick up some Jocko White Tea! Get some!

Quality low stim pre-workout. Light real tea flavor. My go to low stim supplement for endurance workouts.

Nothing but respect for Jocko and love for his products, but although this is an effective pre-workout with great ingredients, I can't get past the flavor. Don't even know if I'll be able to finish this first tub.
