Slumber Jax 28 x 34 x 8-Inch Donut Dog Bed, Medium, Spa Summit

I have a lean 40lb hound mix and this bed has been great! Attached a photo of him in it so take a look. Going on six months and the cushions aren't showing any signs of sagging aside from the initial "break-in." We ordered the Corudroy Olive which is a quite a bit darker in real life. It doesn't seem to stain and even if there was a little one, the corduroy and color would do a fantastic job covering it up. Plenty of warmth during our cold New England winter and we'll see how he likes it during the summer. Was lucky enough to get this bed on sale but I certainly wouldn't be disappointed if I had paid full price.<strong>2-3 Year Update</strong>Now there are two dogs and they both love this bed. Still looks like it did and no stains or tears of any kind. Cushions are in perfect shape too! The wall can get a bit twisted out shape but you can twist it right back. Dogs don't seem to mind.

Love this bed and so does my dog. I was lucky enough to order this bed when this size (medium) and color (Spa Summit) was priced at only $31 and used Amazon Prime for free shipping. When ordering, I wasn't sure if the color was grey or dark green, but at that price, took a chance. Turned out to be a dark grey and that is fine as my dog is black and it will not show hair so quickly. I intended for this bed to replace an older bed (different brand) in the kitchen, but it turned out to be too large. I've been looking for new beds in pet stores for almost a year (needed to have a zipper, etc.) . The quality of this bed is so much better than anything I saw, that I came back and ordered the small bed for the kitchen (at a higher price) and kept the medium size in the family room. My dog is a 10 year-old dachshund/min. poodle mix (19 lbs) and two of him could easily stretch out in the medium bed. I wish the smaller bed was a little longer, but it will do as it flattens out a little. Both beds are a little taller than I realized they would be, but he is able to climb into both with minimal effort.

Materials: GoodConstruction: GoodDesign: Not good. The inner bed section is too small. My 80lb Dobie slides into area between the inner bed and outer rim, the inner section doesn't adequately cover the space. He's basically laying on the floor beneath. Plus, it's really difficult for him to get up since he's wedged into that space. Perhaps they sent me a smaller sized inner.. Just doesn't work, difficult for him to get comfortable. Regardless, would not recommend

Got this when it was on sale for about $44! Felt like a steal when compared to its full price. It seems as if this bed is going to last for a very long time when compared to the other cheap $20-$30 ones I have gotten in the past. I have not washed it, but when I do, I will put it on gentle cycle to make sure this bed will last even longer. It is very well padded and cushioned and will not flatten to the floor. I have a 10lb Jackchi and ordered a small. The small is very spacious for him. Looks wise, its not very impressive and the donut shape is kind of deformed but whats most important, is durability.

Lovely pet bed. I had to to replace the inner pillow with an thinner, softer one for my small dachshund. It’s also a bit on the taller side for her to get in and out of it. This would not be a problem for a younger dachshund. The color is slightly darker then pictured.
