This works great for my husband's old and new CPAP Phillips System One. After the Phillips recall he was sent a replacement CPAP DreamStation and this still worked with that as well. This converts to DC and uses less power. During power outages or just simply in a place where there's no power this allows the conversion to DC to be used with our Opes Power Station. Showing around 80 hours of CPAP use when the humidifier is turned off.

I have a ResMed AirSense 10 CPAP.I use this with my Travel Trailer. Connecting plug to machine is solid and connecting plug to 12v socket is solid. Have only used it for a total of 5 nights so far and I can find no issues with the device.Just make sure it applies to your specific machine.
