Fast delivery. Nicely packed so I didn't worry about damage in shipping. I really like this item. I had one before when they were sold on QVC. Don't need a glob of gel on your face in order for it to function, tap water works well. You can actually feel it working on your facial muscles. (Different settings for different areas of your face.) Makes you kind of feel like you've been to the gym. So glad to have the ageless wonder back in my life, now maybe I can become an ageless wonder. And no, my previous device was still working well to the end of it life, but puppy dogs sometimes make sure things don't work anymore.

The head band snapped on day 3. Design flaw, but otheriwse a good product.

Didn’t even last a year then quit working!

The first headset broke in half so I asked for a replacement, which arrived 4 weeks later. I only had to remind them once. The product appears to be effective.

First of all you have an option of hands free by using headband, thus since it is also battery operated you can walk around with it. Many other devices you need induction fluid—this one uses water; the replacement sponges last a long time. Many different modes and intensities and easy to follow the digital diagram.

Maybe it's works but not comfortable to use, need to hold on face

Don’t. Waste your money. Better off buying a cheap EMS machine at Walmart. Painful to use.
