Good for tile
Had to buy this on Amazon because they were out of it at Home Depot and we needed this exact one ASAP. Handyman used on the backsplash in the kitchen.

Worked for me
I didn't have same experience as last reviewer but I covered this with grout renew from the same manufacturer. I'm not sure if I sealed in the fumes or if I'm not sensitive to the product. I thought it worked as expected in my bathroom. 4 stars because I sealed it so I'm not sure if it has fume issues or not. I used the sealer for the existing grout being off-color and couldn't get it to look clean, not this product.

ADHESION IS EXCELLENT AND THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO MILDEW TO DATE
I PURCHASED THIS PRODUCT AFTER READING SOME NEGATIVE REVIEWS; I FOUND THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS TOTALLY UNFOUNDED. I USED POLYBLEND CAULKING AROUND MY BATHTUB SOME SIX MONTHS AGO. ADHESION IS EXCELLENT AND THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO MILDEW TO DATE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

It RUINED my home! It took me weeks to figure out it was this caulk that I put in the tiny cracks in my floor that caused me to be violently ill. All I have to do is get the floor wet, or mop and I'm barfing my guts up the next day. What ever is in it causes a severe chemical sensitivity reaction. NOW I HAVE TO WEAR A CHARCOAL FACE MASK IN MY HOUSE!!! I'm in the process of trying to put a sealant over it and/or remove it, but this has been a disaster.
