Doesn't stay mounted to handlebar.
Doesn't stay mounted to handlebar. Doesn't include rubber inserts for a tight seal with handlebar, only plastic, which slips out making the extender USELESS!

Didn't indicate on Amazon it won't work on regular metal surface handlebars.
Tried this for my ebike with the rubber inserts on the handlebar. Slips even though the screws are as tight as they will go. On the package says suitable for 31.8 mm bar with antislip skin or 25.4 mm bar with large non-slip leather.

Ok this bar is amazing. It is cheap, strong enough to use as a carry handle and is perfect for mounting anything on it.

Unsatisfactory Item
Doesn't have a secure fit and the hex bolt head stripped and got stuck on my handlebar.

Like other reviewers here, I don't like the fact that the spacers are hard plastic, not the usual rubber type. Fortunately I have a stash of the things so I was able to get it to grip well.Plenty of room for my cycling computer, headlamp, and small speaker.

NEED IMPROVEMENT
Equipment is sliding in the rob because there is no rubber to keep it in place and have a better snug fit
