Ultra highly recommended, plus some considerations.
Review of "Amagabeli 8"x8" Cast Iron Cleaner Mesh Premium 316 Stainless Steel Small Rings..."We had seen a chainmail pot scrubber once, decades ago, while browsing in a fancy kitchenwares store. My mother knew what it was, but, never having experienced such a wonderful thing, I couldn’t imagine what it could be used for in the kitchen. And oh how I wanted one. But we couldn’t think of spending that kind of money on a pot scrubber. The last shredded-mesh scrubbers we got in a supermarket turned out Not to be Stainless steel, as they started rusting to little pieces the moment they first got wet. I was fed up with that kind of scrubber. Even the stainless ones wear away eventually. My mind went back to that chainmail scrubber, and I thought to look on Amazon, and of course there are many available. So I want to point out some things that might help other potential buyers figure out which they want to order.1. First of all, I’m not complaining: I absolutely LOVE this thing, am glad that this is the one I finally settled on, and recommend it wholeheartedly, with NO reservations. (I see that, sadly, the price has gone up from $17.99 to $26.99, as of March 26,2021. Yet the 10” square is 21.99….)2. The dimensions seem to be inexact. The one I got, packaged in a neat little box clearly marked 8” by 8”, just b-a-r-e-l-y reaches 8 inches on one side, when stretched out, while the other side reaches 10 inches with ease. “But that’s better,” you say, “you get two more inches”. But one reason I chose this one was the square shape, rather than the 8” by 6” rectangle of most of them. It’s rather heavy and tends to try to slip out of your hand, and the longer dimension pulls it down. I think square would be better balanced. (It reminds me of a squid or octopus, the way it tries to slither out of your hand.)(When did I ever handle a squid or octopus? Maybe a tiny one in a tide pool? Or did I see that on TV?)When offering items for sale by mail order, it is of utmost importance they be "as described". Or better than described, which it could be said this is.3. The rings are even tinier than I expected. I like what reviewer Kelly Corsino said, “feels like silk in my hand”. Smooth enough to push at the remnants of dried-on food, after a bit of soaking, on ceramic or glass wares, something one must not do with a scratchy metal mesh scrubber. When bearing down on a stubborn spot in a pan the smooth chainmail is much nicer to your fingertips than the sharp edges of a mesh scrubber.4. I removed the ring-for-hanging from the corner. I tried looping it on thumb or finger, but it wouldn’t stay. It would hang down and clink alarmingly against breakables in the sink below.5. It does work on the greyish curved lines cooked on to stainless steel pans by electric stove elements. I had wondered if the scratchy scrubber might still be needed for those, but this works fine, better even.6. I love this comment, from this page::https://www.amazon.com/Efaithtek-Cleaner-Premium-Stainless-Scrubber/dp/B073HZFXFJ/ref=sr_1_47?dchild=1&keywords=fine%2Bsteel%2Bchain&qid=1603932987&sr=8-47&th=1Sally Bullard 5 out of 5 stars "Alternative use works brilliantly" Reviewed in the United Kingdom on May 11, 2020. Size: Square (sic) 8x6 Inch Verified Purchase. "Brought (sic) this as advised by a counsellor as a distraction item something to run through her fingers when my daughter gets anxious, works brilliantly for this and makes a great noise love it."This tiny-welded-ring kind is pretty silent. I think the cheaper ones, with larger rings that clank a bit, would be adequate, if what you want is something akin to worry beads. The fascinating passing from hand to hand wouldn’t tend to open the not-welded rings that the pressure of scrubbing might.

this is easy to use to clean pans and casserole dishes
Love that it cleans casserole dishes with stuck on mess. I haven't figured out where to hang it yet for it to drip dry... but otherwise i like it.

Great for a deep clean
Growing up I always was taught you never washed your cast-iron pans in soap and water. See the issue when you get stuck or burnt on food how did you get it off if you couldn't soak? This chainmail scrubber is the perfect match for your cast-iron. It scrubs the hardest of burnt food in your cookware. Because of the smaller chain links it can get more of that mess off with each pass. When you wash your cast-iron hot water and this perfect scrubber are a perfect fit. When you are done cleaning your cast-iron simply warm the pan only till it's all dry.The cleaning of your scrubber is as simple as a couple of dawn dish soap in your hand. Taking the scrubber and work it into the scrubber getting it completely scrubbed clean and then rinse.I'm going to level with you. You HAVE to find a way to hang the scrubber it can't be hung on the wall or left in a pile or it will rust.

Tested, but I like thicker mesh better
I only bought this to see if this or the bigger rings were better. I personally (maybe not you) like the one with the larger rings. This works great! But for my construction hands, I like a rougher feel

Works great
I like the small diameter rings much more than the large diameter I used to have. It does a better job scrapping crud off my cast iron, but also doesn't wear away the seasoning.

As good as the first day
Used this every day for two years, and it’s still super useful on all my cast iron cookware and it’s also great for cleaning narrow-neck glass bottles.

Cleaning is easy
This is well made chain mail. Made cleaning so easy. Just a little warm water soak and any residue comes right off without damaging your hard earned seasoning!

My new “must have”
I am using this a lot. I keep it in my sink and I have been finding new ways to use that I never imagined. For example I used it to clean a bottle! I put some water, detergent and through it in there. Shake well and the bottle is clean!! Besides that it is great for the main purpose I bought it to clean my iron pans and it’s also great to clean the stainless steel sink. Can’t go wrong with it.
