These lights are fab! I purchased 3, they all came in perfect condition with all parts needed and fitting instructions.They are great value and a quality item but they are a little tricky to install. The wiring is pretty simple but getting the last few screws on to hold the light fitting up wasn't easy.I managed it solo but I would recommend getting someone to hold the fitting up whilst you put the last screw fitting in - if not get ready to mutter some expletives under your breath as the cap for the screw falls and you have to climb down to get in then the other cap pops off while you are off the ladder!Overall I'm super happy now they are up and they are great value for money but if you aren't really handy you may need a little help.

Honestly awful to install. While I’m not an electrician, I have installed about 15 light fixtures over the past couple weeks, and this one was the worst. For the diameter of the base of the light they definitely made the wires WAY too short and unlike a lot of fixtures that come with extender wires, this one did not. The way the mounting bracket and plate was soldered together as well allowed no room so the wires had to be connected and THEN shoved into the can and THEN the mounting plate screwed on. Had I connected the wires after installing the mounting plate like normal, there wouldn’t have been any room to push the wing-nuts through. This made it so that I could not use a power drill and even my shortest screwdriver wouldn’t work because the giant plate was in the way. Most of it I had to tighten by hand and then struggle to try to catch enough to tighten it with a teeny screwdriver. Also the cage part is only held on by the center bolt that screws on. So technically it can slide around on the base if bumped, and does not even screw on centered. They should’ve made a little catch for the cage to hold steady at the base. It looks fine but overall poor construction.

You need two people to install this. And possibly some props to help hold it up. Bottom line is it's just large enough you can't do it by yourself. I mean, I installed the first one by myself with the help of an upside down stock pot and a few boxes of girl scout cookies perched on a freezer. It sucked and it took forever. Having my friend on a ladder for the second one, we still used a couple of large tins to help support the fixture while placing it, but it took a lot less time. They look really cool, though, and I love having the extra light in my kitchen. So worth it, but be prepared.

Looks fantastic, gives off a lot of light, great price. I gave it 4 out of 5 because it was a little tricky to install.

Bought for sons bedroom the match the rest of the light fixtures in the house. Went with this bigger style because his room is so big didn’t want the fixture to look too small. I’ve bought similar fixtures for 1/4 of the price that came with no flaws just a smaller version. Downfall on this is it’s way more expensive then the other ones I bought and the welds are not straight so it doesn’t line up perfectly. We ended up keeping and just having the crappy weld side on the backside so you can’t see.

Not worth the money. This product is cheap, I would’ve rather spent the extra $10 on another website to get a quality fixture. It came stripped and chipped in areas. It’s not sturdy at all. Unfortunately we don’t have the time to mess with returning and ordering a different one. Thankfully my husband is handy and was able to get it to work. I wanted to return it since it’s junk. He wouldn’t let me due to our remodel time crunch.

DON'T GET ME WRONG, I LOVE THE LOOK AND HOW IT WORKS WITH SPACE DESIGN.Instructions are very poor but a crafty person should be able to get it right. Make sure to go to hardware store for some black #8 flat and lock washers otherwise you'll be luck to get a tight fit to ceiling.Packaging was terrible!!!!! I need three more of these and I'm fighting to decide if I want to repaint basesif I do. Unit was shipped without padding between cage and base so with handling the cage rattled against base scratching it. Didn't help that nut was slightly loose. Would be a very simple thing to fix but in thisworld who would listen right?Nice design and looks great but be ready to return of spray paint if you can't stand scratches.

Nice product for the price. Item came packaged in only plastic wrap, unassembled, with loose parts. Which made assembly & installation somewhat difficult & frustrating, considering it’s just a light fixture. But for the price the little extra hassle was worth it, it’s a good looking light once you finally get it installed.
