MartinLogan 35XTi's Do Not Disappoint
The speakers arrived on time and in good condition - they were very well packed, and the instruction manual was well written. Right off the bat I found the sound to be clear and concise, with a pleasant sound stage. Playing my first personal reference recording - Neil Young: Harvest ... I was pleased to hear the 'chair squeaks'. As the story goes - apparently when Harvest was recorded, Young had a bad back and was sitting in a straight, hardback chair. There are times in the album where he shifts his weight or slightly moves, and a leg of the chair scratches across the wooden floor, and I was very pleased to hear the speakers reproduce that sound. For me, these speakers were a good buy for the money - my first pair of MartinLogans. I have experienced no "listener's fatigue" while put them through their paces. Yes ... I would buy them again.

This is love
I've never seen these speakers discounted and had to grab them right away. Paired with a great amplifier these will be hard to compete with.Amazing sound crystal clear. I'm re-listening to my audio library because the 35xti let me hear sounds other speakers simply couldn't reproduce.Very happy with the product.

UN.BE.LIEVABLE. These are half the size of the Klipsch RP-600m and they blow them away!
Title says it all. I splurged when I got the highest end tower and center speakers on closeout. Got these to compliment even though they're two levels lower. Blown away by the quality of their "bottom-tier" speaker according to Martin Logan.

Incredible sound well worth the price
There is nothing to dislike. The sounds produced by these speakers compare with some of the best tower speakers I’ve owned. Crisp highs, full midrange and deep base. I’m just overwhelmed by the sound quality. I did a-b comparisons with a number of well know speakers before deciding to purchase these Martin Logan’s. These were significantly more expensive than other book shelf speakers but well worth the price.

Best in class for 2 channel music!
Wow. Very neutral with emphasis on treble and mid range. Pleasantly surprised how good the bass sounds too, as MLs are usually known for their industry leading tweeter performance. Didnt even need the subwoofer for 2 channel music, but will need for HT applications. Liked the glossy finish in 35xt better but this is superb quality all around.
