The Best of Cindy Berry: 10 Solo Piano Arrangements of Her Original Choral Works (Sacred Performer Collections)

My daughter has learned to play piano for about 10 years. She is not awesome but she can sight read ok. She comments the music in this book require quite a lot of brain cells to work on it and she is too lazy for it. I was hoping it will be easy for her so she can play them With minimal practice and able to play prelude for our church.( You know teenager has lots of things at their plates , doesnt have lots of time. ) sigh....I guess it’s not going to happen this way.

I like her "What Shall I Play on Sunday?" series very well. These are her original compositions, arranged for the Medium level pianist. Should work up rapidly for worship music in my mainline Protestant church services. We are pleased. Quick delivery, too! Thanks!

Wonderful arrangements of piano solo music by Cindy Berry. I highly recommend this book for pianists who play for church services, weddings and funerals. Her arrangement are very well done and are lovely to play. I enjoy playing her music in church services. You will be very happy with this book and also her other piano solo arrangements. Once you have one of her books you will want all of them!

This my favorite Cindy Berry book yet. It features original works, and I like them all. I play at the early advanced level, and I found all of these pieces playable with a moderate amount of practice. Although they are not titles my congregation recognize, they still comment on how much they like them. It is a good go-to book for preludes or offeratories.

I enjoy Cindy's publications and have purchased serveral of them. However, in this particular work, some of the compositions are a bit abstract as I tend to favor more melodious compositions. The solo's in this book can be played with a minimal amount of practice.This work will not be among my favorites.
