Brooklyn Delights Black and White Cookies 9.5 oz , peanut free but tree nut aware

Bummed out by this order. The cookies dont taste bad, but they definitely fall short. Sent these as a gift bc I'm a NYer who loves b&w cookies, so I know my BW cookies.. later saw them at her house and felt embarrassed!! They didn't ship well & cookies crumbled (even icing "broke off" some). Texture wasnt soft.. they did not taste fresh nor flavorful... actually kind of bland, not just to me but to 2 others who tried them. I regret the purchase and wish I'd looked harder for high-quality b&w cookies. All that considered, I think they're quite over-priced, for what they deliver. So, didnt care for cookies presentation, nor taste, & i don't think these cookies are appropriate for shipping.*my apologies that the photo doesn't include whole box/order.. only half the box - bc one was too crumbly that it was thrown out.. & because, as I said they were a gift, so the recipient had eaten one, & then I later tried one, along with my friend.

These were purchased as a favorite thing for my daughter to celebrate the holiday. The quality and presentation allowed me to full fill my goal. I was able to place a smile on my daughters face. Thank you
