Depends on what you want to use it for.
I got it to keep on my keychain so I could take my measurements daily (because screw looking at a scale), and for that, it's not bad. It's definitely not high end or very durable, but I'm not exactly taking a hammer to it.The other review of this says that it very quickly loses its ability to retract with the button. I've sort of had that issue, but when that happens all you have to do is hold the button down, pull maybe six extra inches of measuring tape out, and let it go. The quicker, the better. You might have to pull it a few times, but again - it's not the worst thing in the world.Basically, it works. It's not necessarily satisfying, but it does what it's supposed to do and it's easy to keep on hand.

Horrible
I ordered this tape measure because I needed a small one to keep handy in my drawer. It arrived in good conditions however after just 5 times of using it, it did not retract back. It was not worth sending it back since it was inexpensive. I took it as a loss... would not recommend it to anyone unless you want it for display.
