perfect for a small backyard!
The item arrived on time and when I emailed the seller to inquire about tracking information the were impeccably prompt with their response and even expressed their concern after I had informed them it had arrived.I was looking for a compact swing set for our small backyard and this is a huge bang for it's buck! We have three small children and I am sure they will get several years of enjoyment from this swing set.The only downside of this swing set is the wood doesn't have parts labels so it does take some time to sort through and figure out, but it went together really easily after those parts were sorted.Extremely happy with this purchase and I can't wait to reveal it to the kids kn Christmas morning!

MISSING PARTS!
Beware missing parts. Contracted two handymen to build this and they were not able to do so because a critical part was missing (required in step 2). The manual directs you to the manufacturers website, which reveals they are based in the UK and therefore I won't receive a replacement part for weeks.

Disappointed
This is so small. The picture looks so much bigger. It has deminsions but the height of it make it so small. I am very disappointed I paid about $700 for this.

Had a bit of a delay with the shippers, however I did get it in time for Christmas. Took me about a day to assemble, half the time was spent on finding the right pieces (wood and bolts for each stage) there were well over a hundred pieces of wood so if you can get some help, you can cut down the time considerably. But I must say my five year old son absolutely loves it.

Be prepared to take the whole day.
The instructions said 4-8hrs and it took us about 6. There are a lot of little pieces and it can be time consuming. You need to be organized to assemble. My son loves it

I give it a 5 star.
Love it quality of product is excellent, holding up very well without any maintenance, considering that I've had it for a number of years (4 plus). Well worth the price I paid.

Difficult to Build
Well, the product itself is as advertised, however, unless you have help, or a whole day to spend, you will spend forever assembling. Instructions could use a little more clarity and definitely the pictures could be designed a bit better. Only complaint about the wood is that "do NOT weed whack" near the wood, it will splinter the wood.
