Great Tool!
This TDC is better than having a third hand. It releases a whistle at TDC on the compression stroke. Especially handy when you are cranking the engine and cannot visually see the side of the engine and have to rely on sound.

Doesn't whistle
Mine doesn't whistle like the video. It is usable because you can hear air passing through it but it's harder to hear in shop settings.
