I received this a few days ago, and have been using it since, It helps put everything back into place, I feel my back cracking as I lay on it, then the little knubs on it put just the right amount of pressure for my body to relax into it, I experience really bad back pain and this thing seems to help with the pain a lot, I definitely recommend it to anyone who experiences back pain or that has any form of arthritis.I did receive this at a discounted rate for a honest un-biased review, but that in no way reflects my own opinion of this device.

I really like this back pain stretcher, I use it on the floor stretching and also use it while I'm watching TV it works well I did received this on a discount and I love it.

Helps with my tired back, feels better after laying on this a bit and stretching.
