Q: What is the expiration date on these bottles?

I can’t answer that but, I have never had a full bottle around long enough to worry.

Q: Can you marinade over night for beef jerky made in an electric smoker?

Yes. I have marinated for 36 hr. I use a dehydrator or oven.

Q: is there a difference in the two hot and spicy labels?

The different labels, as far as I'm aware, simply reflect different batches. I have had several bottles of each, and have noticed no difference in taste/flavor.

It says made in USA, and has Paris, tn on bottle This is my favorite marinade, awesome Especially use on bone,making on chicken breast and flat iron steak....then grill
